Picture is excellent and TV seems to work well with most streaming apps, although, sometimes the Hulu app for live TV has some issues. The major drawbacks are: for a TV at this price the remote should be backlit and it is not, and the owners manual is sorely lacking in detail. To do everything you need to set up the TV, except for the most basic case, you will have to go research on the Internet. I also purchased at the same time the 77" in the same as the this TV. The goods and bads are identical.

Worked right out the box. Did not have to fight it to set it up. Cool new features like the " time screen saver ". One issue; the ARK hdmi cable feature used to work with my Roku surround sound system, but couldn't get it to work on this one. Roku issue or LG ; i don't know. It's lighter than the replaced LG 55" OLED. Operating system is much improved. Overall Very Happy; and content that i get another 5 years out of it. Thanks LG another Great product :-)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my old TV. I already have LG's OLED TV at home, and specifically chose the EVO series this time to test the difference. The picture quality and features are much ore advanced on this new TV compared to the older model I have. The Music Search function is useful and fun. This TV weighs less than other TV's of same size on the market, which makes installation easier. I was able to install it (with assistnace from friends) without professional service. The only issue I have is the Universal Remote Control function does not work too well. After setting up on my Roku, it worked without issues; however, it doesn't work from time to time. I had to delete and set up again a few times.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this new TV about 1 month ago and love it. Picture is fantastic and colors are very distinct and bright. It really looks great mounted on my wall above my fireplace. Still learning how to use the remote and make my selections but not having any problems so far.

Absolutely beautiful picture! HUGE problem trying to figure out how to use the remote. Far too advanced programming and time hunting for your stations. Not everyone is tech-savvy and this thing is way above my ability to figure out. I want to use my Amazon Fire Stick, but it won't let me. I need to hire an IT guy to give me a 6-hour course on how to use it. Nothing should be this difficult the a normal household. I'm a retired commercial pilot and this thing baffles me.

I purchased 83" and 55" LG C3 OLED televisions to go in my great room and bedroom, respectively, to replace 65" and 42" Panasonic Plasma televisions that were purchased in 2008. I am amazed by the quality built into these LG TVs and am blown away each time I turn one of them on by the stunning picture they produce. Having them network connected (internet and LAN) is a really nice feature and I find LG's WebOS very easy and intuitive to navigate. If there was one downside it might be the remote control in that it probably could be laid out a bit differently with buttons that are easier to distinguish by touch, but that is a very, very minor issue. The LG C3 OLED televisions deserve the high praise they have received from a multitude of different sources and I am thrilled that I made this purchase. If I could rate them higher than 5 Stars I would!

This is my first OLED and I couldn't be happier. LG makes the best OLED Panels in my opinion. After a few adjustments the picture is gorgeous, even streaming services that output 720 upscale and look beautiful. Gaming is the best I've seen! Highly recommended.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced this with a 65 inch CX. My wife says that she can now see details in her shows that she was not able to see before. In order to break the C3 in, we had 4K videos running almost nonstop when we were not watching the TV. Now the picture is FANTASTIC! This TV does not need to be calibrated. Just go online to look for what the setting should be.

Love our new LG OLED 65" tv. The picture is beautiful and the sleek profile is so nice compared to our previous curved TV. So many functions and apps. I discover something new every day. From watching sports to news, to nature and Netflix, we are very happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this 3 weeks ago and my wife and I are mesmerized by the picture quality. She was counting the blades of grass on a football field! And at 77", truly a leading TV. Given the level of connectivity to the internet, direct network connectivity is recommended. With that, access to the various providers is very fast and the experience enjoyable. The WIFI simply didn't cut it, even though the TV was next to my router. The only issue I had was finding a users manual. The TV didn't come with one, which one might expect nowadays... but rather than finding an on-line manual that explains the capabilities in a flow, I am doing feature by feature searches in google.
