We purchased our Oceanview backyard set about 3 weeks ago and built it on Friday and Sat. I took about 18 hours between two men building with little to no problems. We did have a few pieces of wood split while building but it was due to the person operating the drill not because of faulty parts or wood. We did by a gallon of stain to give it an extra coat of protection and I’m glad we did since it snowed recently. Manufacturers recommend yearly application to maintain. We love it, the kids love it even more! Very happy with our purchase!

I have three boys and this the third time I have bought and assembled a playset like this. Each time I purchased a bigger one with more features. This is by far the best one so far! I have a 9 year old and a 5 and half year old who are having a blast playing on it together. My youngest is only 6 months, but I plan to install a baby swing in place of one of the regular swings so he can get in on the fun too. It takes a lot of time to assemble and some of the directions are a little difficult to follow, but seeing my boys enjoy it, makes it all worth it.

We decided on this particular one because we loved the staircase option and it honestly is beautiful in our yard. The house on the top is so tall that as parents we can even stand upright in it! All of the neighborhood kids say that our playset is the best. The only concern is that for a couple of pieces, the instructions didn't match up and were put on the wrong side but after we figured it out, it wasn't bad. And we have had it up for about a month or so, and there are a couple spots where the wood is peeling up but it doesn't effect the set at all.

We got this in May of 2020. My husband and son (12 yrs) put it together over a couple of days. We have 4 kids and they love how much there is to do and that the more enclosed top feels like a clubhouse. There were a few cracked boards, but nothing so bad that we needed to get replacements. It’s very sturdy and we love the stairs. It makes it easier for the younger kids to get up.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our two girls (ages 3 and 7). We just put it up last weekend and are very happy with our purchase. It is very good quality with easy to follow directions, especially with the BILT app. It did take us (2 adults) 24 hours to complete. We do recommend laying out all pieces (wood and hardware) in order to make each step easier. We are going to seal coat all wood areas this weekend and then fill in around the bottom with rubber mulch. Our 3 year old loves the wooden steps, playhouse area and slide and our 7 year old loves the monkey bars and reading on the hammock. Only problem we ran into with the whole thing was a manufacturer defect in 1 nut barrel that was not threaded properly but after contacting customer service, the part was sent immediately. We would highly recommend this sturdy, quality playset to others.

We are happy with this swing set, I love the features of the stairs for the kids to walk up. The reason I gave this 3 stars is because the wood is very unsturdy. When my 8 year old nephew comes to play on it creeks and cracks when he swings on it and when walking in the tree house sometimes I am nervous the kids are going to fall threw as the wood makes weird sounds and almost bends. I think it is good for kids at a young age. I bought it for my 2 year old and she loves it but when more kids come to play on it, it seems dangerous sometimes and make me nervous it is going to break. Next time I will look for a higher quality wood or vinyl for a swing set.

This was a Christmas for my kids and they absolutely love it. It took my husband several hours to put together over a couple days, but that was expected it is a large playset. The instructions are easy to follow and everything fit together well. It is very sturdy and my kids love it!

The stairs are absolutely perfect for a young child, she climbed the before she started walking. And we love the swing - both me and baby love that swing (I swing on it too). The construction is very solid and feels safe. We also got a lot of compliments on it from neighborhood kids.

We bought this as a Christmas gift for our grands. It took my son and my brother in law about four days to put it together. I'm sure this would have been faster but my son works during the day and he was using his time after work and then some on the weekends to get it assembled. The assembly went smoothly. They followed instructions and shook out the pieces before they started the assembly. The grands really love it. We love it because it has an actual stair instead of a swinging ladder to get to the slide. This is great for my two year old to get up and down. The older ones are 4 and 5 so no trouble for them. We love it has a hammock, monkey bars, and swings for them all. We also got this during the cyber Monday sale after Thanksgiving, so it had a great discount on it.

Bought this for grandchildren and they love it. Directions could have been better. Be prepared for at least a full day to put it together with several people helping. I wish the wood was thicker so to make it last will definitely need to apply sealer by fall. All in all happy with purchase so far.
