Very smoky flavor but kinda tough. Not a lot of fat but def needs to cook longer

Pork was easy to prepare. Just add your favorite BBQ sauce and ready to enjoy the meal.

Too smokey tasting, a lot of pieces not able to eat- cartilage maybe, on the dry side.
