I've had the mattress for 1 week now. I honestly didn't sleep great the first 3 nights we had it as it's a bit more firm than I like and expected it to be. However, I have slept pretty good since then. The only other comment I have about the mattress is that I feel that the "divet's" in the mattress are pretty substantial and deep and wish that they were less noticeable. I've gotten used to them but still notice them. Overall, a pretty great mattress.

It’s only been a week and I’m having a hard time adjusting to it. What ever part of me is in contact with the bed is sore after an hour or more. I’m really worried it’s not going to get any better. I wish it was a bit softer as I think I’d really love it. I’m not ready to start looking again for another affordable bed. I hope some kind of magic happens soon and I like it.

I had lain on a hybrid mattress in a mattress store and loved the feel of the extra support of the springs along with the memory foam comfort as this is what i was missing. I had switched to memory foam years ago due to arthritis in my hips which caused nearly no quality of sleep due to pain and switching from one side to the other. I had tried a couple of different memory foam mattresses and my last matress was from Lucid which was amazing in it's comfort level compared to other memory foam mattresses - yet it was missing the lower back support my body craved so this created another issue. After laying on a hybrid mattress i was sure that was what i needed. I did a lot of research on the internet and learned that the dream cloud mattress would be the closest 'affordable" (being the second most important factor for me next to comfort and quality of sleep) and also came with options for financing that i appreciated. However when i got the mattress it took some time to get used to the mattress due to the top being tufted and not as memory foam feeling as i would have liked. I have great support for my lower back but it has taken a couple of days to adjust to not having the soft memory foam to wrap around my hips as my last mattress did- All in all I think it is a good mattress but I have only had it for a couple of weeks at this point and am unsure of how it will stand up to the long haul of sleeping on a mattress. It was somewhat disapointing that the top of the mattress didn't feel like memory foam as I had anticipated based on the one i had lain on in the mattress store- I purchased a King, like my last mattress and paid about double the price- still much cheaper than any decent mattress you purchase in a store. If I am able and reminded to submit another review i will do so in a few months for a more accurate idea of my expereince on this mattress. I would definately reccommend this mattress to most people.

Sometimes people rush with a positive review and then are sorry because the product failure is delayed. Not in this case. I had a real nice box and mattress set for about 10 years and when I got rid of it it was still very nice so I wasn't replacing terrible with good or worn out with new. I got the premier mattress with a new bed frame and 2 DreamCloud pillows and IMO it was all very cheap. It was less than I paid for that old set 10 years ago and it is WAY better. The Dreamcloud mattress on the new bed frame sits about a foot lower than my old bed set so its a lot easier to get in and out and yet its up off the floor so cleaning under the bed is very easy. It is actually both soft and firm. I'm a fat side sleeper and this mattress is very soft on top to adapt to your curves but it is firm underneath so you are very, very comfortable and supported. So, its perfect for me. The pillows are just like that too, I stack 2 of them as a side sleeper and they are so very nice. Best pillows I ever had and yes, they are pricey for pillows compared to many others but its been months now and they are still GREAT and I got rid of all my other cheaper pillows. So I could not be happier than I am will all these DreamCloud products. I know people, really I do, who paid over 3 times as much for bed, mattress and pillows than I did for this set and while I'm sure their set is nice, I'm also sure its not any nicer than this DreamCloud set. I highly recommend all DreamCloud products. They are simply GREAT for the price. No regrets.

Besides the somewhat slower than normal shipping time, the bed itself is pretty much what the name is- Dream Cloud. It has the right amount of support for sleepers who roll around all night and plush combined. My husband and I both didn't feel much of the other moving around, which is what we were looking for. As mentioned in my first sentence, we had a little hiccup with shipping. The bed didn't ship out until weeks later then FedEx had shipped the bed back due to some error in the shipping label. The second bed came slightly faster but still close to two weeks but once we opened the seal, poof the bed expanded, waited a few days and heavenly sleeps began. It gave me dreams every night, not sure considered a deep sleep or not but would definitely recommend to those getting a decent bed in a box for the first time.

Got this for my parents. My dad has a bad back and my mom hated her old mattress. We were hesitant because we were purchasing online. But felt secure with 365 night trial. It’s only been 4 days but it’s made a difference! It’s firm but not hard and uncomfortable. It’s plush but not too soft and clumpy. Thank you dream cloud! I will make a future purchase for myself! It is a very nice hybrid mattress! I love how it’s forms to the body but isn’t to soft that it hurts the shoulders or any other part of the body in the middle of the night. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer since getting this mattress! Very happy with this purchase. :)

I was skeptical at first as i was hesitant buying a bed that comes rolled up in a bag and delivered to your door. But this bed has made me a very satified customer. Its very comfortable and you would never know that it was delivered rolled up in a bag. I have back problems and i can honestly say i feel amazing now when u wake up. I have never done a survey like this in my life, this in itself has to say something about this bed. Well worth the money. I puchased the king size. I will say that you will need at least two people to get this thing into your bedroom haha. Im a very happy customer, and so is my wife! Happy wife, happy life, buy a dreamcloud lol.

We received our mattress a few weeks ago and are enjoying a wonderful experience. The mattress is really supportive and I notice that it seems to keep me cooler while I’m sleeping which is great. It took a while to get our mattress (king size) but it has certainly been worth the wait.

My fiancée and I had a queen memory foam. We would both toss and turn. We have king premier Dreamcloud, it took about a week to adjust but we both love it. The temperature is perfect, the sheet set is so soft. My fiancée would like a little bit thicker pillow top. But overall we are both sleeping very well. Better than we have in years.
