I bought the mattress for a second home. I only get to sleep on it about one week a month. So far I like it more than my two year old mattress I spent a lot of money on. The DreamCloud is a little harder than I expected. I’d rate it a 6 or 7 for firmness. I still get a sore hip as a side sleeper, but it’s not as bad as my regular mattress.

I was having lower back problems before receiving our new DreamCloud mattress that weren’t stopping, even after multiple trips to the chiropractor. After my first night on our DreamCloud my back spasms stopped. I love how supportive our new mattress is!

First of all, it took 2 weeks for me to receive the mattress, even though on the website it said 2-3 days. Then, the mattress was delivered and dumped in my driveway during a rainstorm. No attempt was made to ring the doorbell, I was home all day. By the time I noticed it was out there and dragged it inside, the packaging ripped. When I unrolled the mattress and set it up, I noticed a little rip/cut on the top of the mattress. Further it is extremely firm and uncomfortable, nothing like a "dream cloud" or the most comfortable bed as some reviews said on their website. I feel like I'm sleeping on a floor. I've tried several mattresses and this one is by far the most uncomfortable. I am extremely disappointed with not only the mattress itself, but also with the entire process.

I was hesitant making a mattress purchase without testing it out first. I have to say the Dreamcloud is AMAZING! Extremely comfortable and built with superb quality. Set up was quick and easy with hardly any gas off. After the mattress was set up and ready we tested it out to find it unbelievably comfortable. We haven’t had a good nights rest in a while. I have already recommended this mattress to everyone! Thanks Dreamcloud.

First off - I rarely write reviews, but I really love this mattress. We had been sleeping on a mattress that was too firm for several years. After waking up everyday with a stiff back and neck I decided we needed to make a change. After some research we landed on Dream Cloud and I am SO happy we made the switch! It is the perfect combination of plush and firm and we are both sleeping better. Some others complained about a chemical smell, but I did not experience that at all. We removed the packaging and let it rest for a night before sleeping on it to allow it to fully decompress. We love it! My only con is that after placing my order there was little communication on the status of my order. About a month later it just appeared in my driveway. Luckily, we had already removed the old mattress and were ready to set up the new mattress.

I have bought so many mattresses over the years. They felt great at the store but weeks later I was disappointed. Too hard or too soft. Then I would buy toppers only to waste more money. I have a lot joint pain and couldn't get a good nights sleep. I took a chance on Dreamcloud. It is the most comfortable mattress. I have owned mine now almost 3 years. Still just as comfortable and great quality! Thank you Dreamcloud for good sleep!

We went with the DreamCloud Premier Mattress because of the pillow top, expecting some cushion on top of the coil springs. First thing I noticed after unpacking, the cashmere baffles never did fluff back out as pictured, nor have they after nearly three months. Before purchase, we tried this matters at a retail store, and fell in love with it, but not the ones we received. At 67 years of age, I have never slid out if a bed, but because of the lack of plushness, you are sleeping on a skating ring regardless of the bedding used. It seems as though some of the stuffing is missing. Also it seems to sleep quite warm. I'm not real happy with our purchase. Maybe we just got a couple of bad ones with missing components.

I really like this bed. It's firm but the memory foam gives it just enough softness to kerp it comfortable. I haven't complained about hip pain at all which has been nice. My husband can sleep anywhere so the bed is not an issue for him, lol! We put it on our existing box springs and the bed is really high. I'm not complaining but seriously, I have to jump a little getting on it. I recommend getting a platform for it...especially if you're height impaired. Seriously though...it's a good bed.

My first impressions after a couple of months with the Dreamcloud are that it is not as soft as the name implies. You will sink into it though, so you will be warmer than an older mattress. It has a fairly tall profile so you will need deep-fit sheets. We rotated the mattress after a month for even break-in. My husband is still not set on keeping this mattress though.

After having a foam mattress for nearly 10 years (Bravada high quality Temperpedic alternative), we had to brave the crazy mattress marketplace. It was a very stressful experience trying to make the right choice, but most companies offered good return policies and made trialing their mattress easy. We were not happy with our 1st choice, the Amerisleep AS3, because it slept WAY too hot and had an uncomfortable "flatness" and hard feeling to it. \nAfter accepting that we needed to return it and start our search again, I was drawn to the Dreamcloud because of the pillow-top look (and hopefully feel!), as well as the hybrid concept which I hoped would allow us to sleep more cool. We really love the feel of some foam mattresses, but they needed to have that just right feel...not too soft where you sink in (since my husband sleeps a lot on his stomach) and not too firm or like a foam "slab". The Dreamcloud fit this match perfect. It's only been a week or two, but I am already very pleased with the cooler sleeping as well as the softer cushy feel of the pillow-top even though it doesn't sag and compress too much. I would say, because I haven't slept on a mattress with springs on it for so long, I forgot that they do tend to transfer movement more with a partner, but once sleeping it was never anything that woke me. Overall, we are very happy and I'd recommend it - the Dreamcloud is really like sleeping on a cloud!
