There is a large impression on the bed on one side where the 250 lb person sleeps. Also 4 weeks later the offgassing is terrible and the entire room just smells toxic. I have been sleeping in basement chair off and on hoping this smell goes away. It is a horrible smell

Purchased Luxury Firm DreamCloud because reviews suggested it was a little firmer than its competitors. Two weeks in, I've found it softer than expected, with much less edge support than our previous box spring mattress. Also feel at times as though I'm falling toward the center of the mattress when my partner climbs into bed. She's very happy with the mattress; the jury is still out for me. No problems with delivery, initial quality, or set-up. Appreciated the handles on the sides to make it easier to move around.

The mattress still smells after more than a week. We have walked on it a suggested. We did not sleep on it for 3 days. We have aired the room out with fans . The odor also traps in self into the bedding. The mattress is a bit oversized. It nearly fits into a queen frame making it difficult to sheet. This is again after alllowing several days to relax. It is not cloud like comfort. Memory foam feel superficial with nice fabric but sinks to a very firm foundation. I weigh 170 lbs. I suppose if you weighed 130 it would feel more cloud like, but not for me. I’m going to give it a chance for awhile. It seems very well constructed. The comfort is not consistent with the hype.

Cover is awful, tried it one night and call to return it to be told that they dont accept returns of covers, is expensive and worse cover i have ever had; was.ted money. Mattress veredict stil out; not a good a i though - had r ad great reviews about it. Been 8 days since I bought it. It requirs a foundation, without it it feels awful, slumps, etc. Will see next few weeks, otherwise will return.

I had lain on a hybrid mattress in a mattress store and loved the feel of the extra support of the springs along with the memory foam comfort as this is what i was missing. I had switched to memory foam years ago due to arthritis in my hips which caused nearly no quality of sleep due to pain and switching from one side to the other. I had tried a couple of different memory foam mattresses and my last matress was from Lucid which was amazing in it's comfort level compared to other memory foam mattresses - yet it was missing the lower back support my body craved so this created another issue. After laying on a hybrid mattress i was sure that was what i needed. I did a lot of research on the internet and learned that the dream cloud mattress would be the closest 'affordable" (being the second most important factor for me next to comfort and quality of sleep) and also came with options for financing that i appreciated. However when i got the mattress it took some time to get used to the mattress due to the top being tufted and not as memory foam feeling as i would have liked. I have great support for my lower back but it has taken a couple of days to adjust to not having the soft memory foam to wrap around my hips as my last mattress did- All in all I think it is a good mattress but I have only had it for a couple of weeks at this point and am unsure of how it will stand up to the long haul of sleeping on a mattress. It was somewhat disapointing that the top of the mattress didn't feel like memory foam as I had anticipated based on the one i had lain on in the mattress store- I purchased a King, like my last mattress and paid about double the price- still much cheaper than any decent mattress you purchase in a store. If I am able and reminded to submit another review i will do so in a few months for a more accurate idea of my expereince on this mattress. I would definately reccommend this mattress to most people.

I spent months and months feeling like princess & the pea on my last mattress exchanging it three times. It really has been a great experience, I have an adjustable base (from the last company) and this bed is 10/10! I sleep more soundly and a bit more comfortable. I can also toss and turn through all positions and feel assured that it still feels good under my body!

Its difficult to review a mattress because everybody likes a different feel. Me personally, I like a more firm mattress, and due to this I have been a little disappointed in the DreamCloud. I think it is a great and durable mattress and it is very comfortable, but I just wish it was more firm. At times, I feel like I am sinking in a bit. Again, this may be great for others. I do wish DreamCloud offered different firmness options.

I’m a back or side sleeper. With this bed I never want to get up. Not sore, it supports me just right, comfy as all get out. Perfect combo of support and comfort. Even my dog runs for it at night. Fabulous quality. I’ve tried temper pedic, I’ve tried firm and soft and nothing is like this. Shipping took forever but best thing I’ve bought for my bedroom....ever.

I agonized for months over what mattress to buy, spending far too much time at local stores spending moments on far too many mattresses, not really having a clue what it would be like to own and rely on this very expensive purchase every single night, and no real recourse if my selection was wrong. I was introduced to dreamcloud by a friend and long time owner of one. Hesitating because it was far below the price point at all the stores I had been to and the apprehension of not being able to try before you buy. To say I waited to long, spend to much time researching, all while not sleeping well and waking up daily aches and pains, would be a gross understatement. Since purchasing and setting up, the wife and I have slept better, wake up more refreshed, and the back pains I was used to over the last few years have vanished. It’s “just right” in firmness, cool sleeping, and so comfortable I often find myself falling asleep faster and sleeping the whole night through. All I can really say is, I waited far too long to make this decision and dreamcloud was absolutely the perfect option I was hoping for! Thank you for giving me back my rest, thank you for keeping prices down, and thank you for the comfort in knowing you support the product so well you stand behind every night for a full year!

I adore this bed! I am a single Mom with an 11 and 9 year old that tend to end up in my bed each night. The precious bed was broken and sunken in. I decided to bite the bullet and buy the mattress and I am so happy I did!!!! It is SO COMFORTABLE!!!!! I am in heaven and my body feels great when I wake up in the morning! I couldn't be happier and am thrilled I made the purchase!
