I preordered this bed and NEVER GOT TO EXPERIENCE IT!!! I was going through a divorce and moved. After moving in i had been in my new place WITHOUT A BED for almost 2 months. It kept getting postponed and postponed and postponed. STILL NO BED!!!!! I had to then pick something locally in order to function and still not happy. UUUGH! Will I EVER GET TO EXPERIENCE a GREAT NIGHT SLEEP????

The service, presentation and shipping of the product is all great. While the mattress is considered med/firm it is still very soft for my taste (my daughter described it as a waterbed). As it does sleep well and I am trying to adjust, but it is softer than I expected.

First of all, I need to express my apologies regarding my prior sentiment in lieu of my mattress experience after delivery. It was definitely challenging times during the pandemic and am very much satisfied with my purchase. This mattress was totally worth the extended wait! It is firm yet cradles and conforms to me without that sinking feeling. I am able to move around with ease, and I am sleeping much much better. My joints are super happy and my neck and shoulders benefit from it as well. Thank YOU!

Love the mattress. We have only had it for about a week but already we can see a difference. Before we could feel the mattress move when one of us moved and now we don't! It's just the right combination of firmness and softness! Awesome! Also customer service was very easy to talk with.

Took a chance on buying online with not knowing what to expect. Well there is no BS here. They told me it could take up to 2 weeks before it would arrive out of California to North Carolina. Was here in 6 days. Unboxed it and WOW my sleeping is so much better now than ever before. Usually when I awake I can not just lay there. The mattress is built with pride. Quality design, stitching, fabric and sleeping. Love it.

Super easy ordering, accurate descriptions, easy delivery, nicely protected in multi layers of wrapping and bags. Very easy to unwrap and set up. Was to full size in minutes. First night was a little adjustment to the feel as far as our sleeping pattern. When we got in bed the next night, it felt like a dream. We slept more sound and still than we had in years. Ever since, it's just gotten better. We are living this mattress and so are our backs....cudos to Dreamcloud for creating this great mattress and making the decision so easy for us. We researched so many mattress before deciding on making a big purchase and decided on this one based on many great reviews. We LOVE our mattress! It was the perfect fit for our new bed, it is spacious and honestly feels like we are sleeping on a cloud. I no longer feel my partner moving, I rarely move, and no longer have back problems. We find the firmness just perfect for us.

The decision to upgrade and spend money in a nice mattress has been a great decision. Pure comfort. With the premium king, my wife and I have found better sleep; being able to wake up without having back pain has been amazing. Probably the best things that’s happened for us in 2020 :)

So, I had been researching mattresses for close to a year, over and over I would look at reviews from a lot of mattresses, and compare etc. I had not slept in a bed in over a year due to back pain, the recliner was my bed. I read many reviews about shipping issues with the Dreamcloud, but the 365 day trial was stuck in my head. I needed to be able to try a bed, and if it did not work, be able to get my money back. I finally decided on trying the dreamCloud. I ordered on 2/28/19, and my mattress was shipped with in 3 days, and I had my mattress with in 7 days. I opted to not have white glove, even though I knew these mattresses were very heavy. I managed to get my mattress to my room, the hardest part was getting it out of its packing. My mattress took a little over 24 hours to get to full expansion. My first night sleeping on the mattress was a little weird and hard to get comfy, but the next morning I didnt have any back pain, or pain radiating down to my legs. I have been sleeping on my mattress for around 2 weeks, and I do not have to resort to my recliner!! I am so happy to be able to sleep in my room, instead of my recliner. This mattress is not soft, and more on the firmer end, but very comfy!! I hope this mattress holds up a long time, it is very nice!!

I’m totally loving my dreamcloud mattress. My lower back, shoulder, neck pain from waking up in the morning has gone from 90% pain to 0%. I don’t feel myself moving do much in the middle of the night to get comfy, I also don’t feel my wife move in the middle of the night either. One...no two satisfied customers here!
