For the first 3 weeks I thought I was going to return the bed- it felt like it trapped heat but has since gotten better. I’m not convinced it does an adequate job distributing the weight- I often feel like my partners weight (185lb male) sucks me into the middle.

Really good Matress but not 100% convinced it’s the best for us yet. We love the comfort but still not sleeping through the night. We may still be adjusting from our all foam mattress. We will give it another 3 months to see if it is as comfortable as needed.

Communication regarding when my mattress would ship, when it did ship and scheduling delivery has been very poor. I was expecting my mattress to ship in a few days as your website stated. I still haven't heard from\n The white glove delivery service provider to schedule delivery. I am disappointed so far but still hopeful that the mattress, when it does get here, will be the best!

My experience has been top notch since day 1. Out last mattress(5 years old) had gotten so bad I had gotten used to falling asleep on our couch. When I did sleep in bed I would always get up with multiple aches and pains I had to “walk off”. I realized on morning 3 of our Dream Cloud that those aches and pains were gone. I jump right out of bed and start my day, no recovery period needed.

I was a little annoyed with the delays but it was worth the wait! We absolutely Love our DreamCloud California King mattress, we paired it with a Nectar Foundation and could not be happier with our purchase! We have been through several mattresses over the past few years from Serta to Sleep Number and hated them all! We have not slept so well in years and wake pain free! I will order another for my guestroom soon.

Having always had a temperpedic, we believed that every other mattresss brand was inferior. Boy were we wrong. The Dreamcloud is cooler, thicker and more supportive than our tempurpedic and was less than half the cost! We are now planning to switch all our other mattresses in the house out to Dreamclouds over the coming months.

The bed is great, but the platform is absolutely awful... one small shift in and the wood will fall off the tracks on the side and cause the bed to dip and become sagged in one area. No fun constantly having to fix and adjust this. Please fix this issue

So far the Dreamcloud premiere is good. It may be a bit to soft for us stomach sleepers but for now I’m going to give it a few more months. I may need something a bit more firm. For side sleepers it is perfect. Nice edge support all the way around. Good quality.

This has been probably the best mattress I have ever own so far. Just upgraded my bedroom set to king size and this mattress fits perfectly in with it. Very comfortable, very durable, zero back problems anymore. Only downside to it is I thought it would be a little softer to where you can sink in, but form stays true.

This mattress is comfortable but a little more firm than expected. I prefer a medium plush feel and my husband a firm feel. So this mattress is perfect for him. However, we do not wake up with back pain like in our previous mattress. It is very heavy to move about and you will need deep pocketed sheets to cover mattress completely. I suggest a low profile box spring so that you don't have to use a step ladder to get into bed.
