This cleaner has made a huge difference. Clear instructions and easy to use. I was cleaning spots within a few minutes of set up. It would take a bit of work to clean an entire carpet but it does a great job on smaller jobs as intended. Brilliant idea on the hose cleaner tool! Be sure to put water in the solution tank to perform this function and put a container down or a towel to catch the drips from the hose when done. Really did a great job cleaning. The upholstery and carpet are damp afterward but I felt the extraction was as good as it gets. I have hardwoods so I felt under the carpet and there was no wetness below so I wasn't wor...

I have had the Smartwash steam cleaner for a while and noticed that every time I used it, there would be a puddle of water on the floor. After research, I found that this is a common problem. I bought the CleanSlate machine last week and went to use it today and found that it also leaks. I hate that things nowadays are cheaply made and don't hold up but cost so much more.

The small scrubber attachment automatically starts spraying water no way to stop until powered off or removing small scrubber. Did not clean Anything just left my living chair worst with water marks. So the minute I try to upload a photo says error. Hmm sounds like they don't want you to see the damage.
