For the discounted price we picked this up for, it's great. The assembly instructions were easy, though it is not entirely easy to put together. Because it's plastic, not all the panels quite align, bolt holes don't match up. It's just all over the place. But thankfully because it's plastic, you're able to make it work anyway. Definitely a two person job. But I got it done solo and am happy to have it for storing all of our lawn equipment

I had high hopes for this shed. Assembly was a bit of a pain but manageable. However, despite being on a solid, level surface the end product is rather flimsy. Getting the doors and lid to stay closed completely is difficult at best. After some relatively strong winds, my shed is a pile of trash. I do not recommend this unit for any sort of outdoor purposes.

We purchased this unit three years ago and now the top is really warped, the hinges have popped off and we only open it say twice a week it holds the washer dryer it is shaded at different parts of the day and year so it is not baking in the sun all day long. I got on the website to see the warranty of course it is limited

We have put many sheds together in our past. This one had such terrible assembly instructions! it was really difficult to understand which part needed to go where especially where it needed to be screwed. Will really doubt buying another lifetime storage shed ever.

Bought and put together after finally figuring out where all screws went. Took two people to assemble. Had a wind storm, even though lid latch was in place , the wind still blew off the top and damaged the back two walls. Not sure the latch is strong enough apparently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the assembly of the storage shed I broke the Gas Springs. Called the Company and these parts where replaced at no charge. To me this is a remarkable Plus for customer service. I will definable do business with this company

this unit goes together fairly easily after you get the floor to fit together... it works for the use intended... the only thing I don't care for is the front of the unit tilts in once you open the top.... very little to no support to keep the integrity of the box while loading or unloading the unit

spent an hour trying to get the base together, two screws to put in the dimples; problem is the dimple does not line up with the underlying tab, so I finally just moved the screw over to hit the tab. Poor quality control! The very last description in the directions is where to put the holes in the base to anchor the base; why would you not put the option at the front of the manual where it is easier drill holes in the slab pieces instead of turning a completed assembly on its back to pick up drilling locations, technical writing at its finest. Illustrations are hard to decipher for placement of parts. If you don't like the constand kneeling and up again then a large table is required the lid assembly

Overall, the product is good. However, on initially opening the box to construct it, I could not proceed past step 1.17 because I was missing a needed part EWV, and I had 2 of the adjoining part EWT, that I only need 1 of. After twice calling the support number, I was again shipped the wrong part. Finally, on the third call, Caleb Larsen was very helpful, and said he would pull the party himself. Apparently he did, and the correct EWV part did arrive. I have now completed the construction, and will be happy to return the 3 unwanted/unneeded EWT parts if lifetime will pay for the shipping.
