We had a very bad wind storm that blew the top lid to this storage shed open. In the process in pulled a couple of screws out and broke the end of the gas shock. I called customer support to order some replacement parts. They were very nice and said that it was still under the manufacture warranty so they were able to send me the parts free of charge. That was Great! Thank you so much! My shed is now functional again and I love it!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. It took two full days to put the thing together. With missing screws and mislabeled screws and horrible instructions. The metal slab that that holds the latch in the roof came down and hit me in the head after being drilled. This shed is horrible to have to put together.

Shipping was excellent via Estes! Packaging was in great condition. Upon opening carton all pieces are there and in new condition. I was hesitant to order after seeing some recent reviews. I'm thrilled with the quality and delivery. The price was awesome as well with free shipping, couldn't be happier.

I bought this shed approximately six months ago. I started putting the shed together and due to other obligations and some procrastination, the shed sat in my front yard without the lid for at least a week. It rained during that time and it did not collect water. My teenaged son and I finally finished putting it together and it does not disappoint. I use it to store four bikes and my yard tools and there is space for more. I plan to purchase another one once they are back in stock in the store.

We just bought this and set it up but took forever because the pieces didn't line up right. The screws had flat ends which made it super hard to screw into the plastic since they had the spots marked but didn't have the hole started so pushing that flat bottom screw was the worst. The instruction manual was hard to understand because the pieces looked the same on the paper and they want you to screw a flat bottom screw through a metal pole with no start. Over all just don't waste your time and go buy a different type of shed.

Although I was able to put this together, almost, completely by myself it would go much fast with two people. I am also handy with assembly. I needed help with someone holding the lid on place while I installed the hardware. It rained shortly after installing so I noticed the lid, which is two pieces screwed together, leaked at the center. A bead of caulk should fix. Next rain, I'll find out. I also read about this leaking, in someone else's review, prior to my purchase.

This box is awesome! It holds a large volume of stuff - really large! We’re primarily using it for outdoor cushions, a couple of folding chairs, a leaf blower and small gas can. And there’s still room for more. Delivery was great and setup is not bad at all if you’re handy. Would recommend (and have).

I was looking for a tall shed but ended up with this shed. The Youtube for this shed was easy to follow. Some of the holes in the shed did not line up with where the screw support was to be inserted., Both of the doors had problems inserting the screws into them. The manual that came with the shed SUCK. The manual should list the names of the products and sizes of screws

Bought this item about a month ago as we were moving. Put it together this week. The instructions left us very confused. There were a few holes that did not line up properly. Some Of the pictures were not clear enough to indicate the rotation needed. Would recommend that you put each screws in their own bags with the #’s on. We still have a problem lining up the latch. It seems we have to use the rubber mallet each time it is closed in order for the latch to connect. We would recommend a cord attached to pull down the lid when it is in the complete open position.

I bought it about 3 weeks ago, seems very sturdy but some of the holes didn’t line up with the metal supports for the lid and some of the screws damaged the plastic so some of the screws are not tight as they should. The plastic where the screws go should have built in nuts and there should be machine screws instead of regular screws.
