I have owned this product for over a year and it has help very well. I did have a question today and customer service was very efficient and friendly.

Overall, and very good shed. The screws can strip the plastic, so you need to be careful not to overtighten them, but if that happens, a few nuts and bolts will remedy the situation. I am a happy customer.

I really like the design of this shed. It is nice looking and it it has alot of versatility for easy access. The instructions are fine and there are Youtube videos to simplify assembly even more.

So far 2 adult bikes, 1 childs bike, 1 electric push mower (upright) with bag, and bike equipment. It was delivered to my driveway on a crate. I was able to assemble it a little assistance. Very sturdy design and is holding up fine.

The video assembly instructions were great but it's a bit of a challenge putting this shed together. Packaging was very good and no missing parts so that's a plus. Overall very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I bought my storage shed and when I got it home discovered there were a number of bolts missing. I called customer service and they sent the missing bolts immediately. I genuinely appreciate their quick action and response.

This is a well-built shed with plenty of room in it. When the city changed trash companies, the bins were a lot larger than my present plastic shed. This one fits them both..
