I’ve had this small shed for a few years now. It’s perfect for my driveway to hold my compost bin and garbage. During a very bad storm, I had forgotten to latch the lid so the wind took it and flipped it over the retaining wall and broke the things that hold the lid up. I just called and as easy as anything they are sending me out replacement parts. I’m so happy I get to keep using this shed!

I received this with a slightly warped roof/lid. The customer service was excellent and replaced it right away! The new roof/lid arrived within a few days. The shed keeps my things dry and perfect throughout all kinds of weather. Thanks for a great product and customer service!

Nice shed. Took some time but I was able to assemble it by myself. Know the size of the shed and make sure it will fit where you want to put it. Make sure you assemble on level ground. I'm quite happy, now I can store some of me deck chairs in this shed

Instructions could be better written. Caused me so rework due to vague labeling and pictures. Structurally, this unit is great. The fit of the doors is a bit off, but still investigating a resolve for this on my own. Overall very satisfied with the product and finally freed up room in the garage by moving recycle and trash bins (96 gal) into this storage.

I absolutely love the shed. Shipping was a complete joke. I had to spend two days tracking down where it was and drive 250 miles to go get it myself. The directions to put the shed together. We’re great it’s very well-built and love the shed. Something has got to be done with shipping.

The product is great and went together very well. Customer service fixed my problem and had a nice follow-up. My problem was quality control. The product was packaged well but it contained two right sides. Customer Service responded very quickly, but the part was lost in shipping for an extra week. After all the delay it is working fine. Quality control would have saved the company and I time and money.

Very pleased with the product, the right door was bowed/warped however, but I filled out the warranty information asking for a new right door, and they responded within 3 days and are sending me a new door with associated hardware, of course no charge! Thank you for your prompt response! I’ll keep buying Lifetime products!!

Just put this together. She’d seems sturdy. However the latch on lid does not match up to the latch on door. You cannot move the lid latch over as the screws provided are too big for pre cut hole. If you don’t need to lock your shed you’ll probably be ok.

This is a great storage box, it looks nice and seems to be robust enough to hold up for a while. So far, no rain has gotten into the boxes and we've had plenty of wind, rain and snowfall this winter so far. I did not anchor either of my boxes to the ground, but I have at least 500 lbs of stuff in each box and neither one has budged, even in strong winds (up to 40 mph). That said, the boxes are all plastic and are a bit flimsy as far as hardware goes. Everything screws into plastic and it would be easy to over torque hardware and strip out the fastener holes. I have two of these boxes and I bought the second one because the first one was so handy. It's essential to assemble on a flat, level, well drained spot. Shipping takes a while, so don't be in a hurry when you order.

I bought this 2 years ago and the shed was pulled down by a big black bear... the frame support was pulled out and one of the gas spring was crooked. thought the shed can still 'stand' in shape but the lid failed the self-support when lifted up. I then called the support to check availability of the parts of gas spring. And I was so happy that the service department offered me a free pair of the gas springs. After receiving the items, I replaced them and the shed lid functioned again ! Thanks so so so much for the great after-sale service !!!!
