This is the second time purchasing this apple pie...taste is good but it is UNDERCOOKED as in raw dough! Had it delivered...now I don't have the time to return!!!!

Sometimes the pie tastes good and sometimes it tastes metallic and the crust is soggy. We've bought them on several different occasions and they vary in flavor and quality. Not sure we'll buy again because it's not consistently good.

As I was eating some of this wonderful pie, I realized I'd never reviewed it online. So now I am. I'm a great fan of fruit pies, %26 have eaten many, of many varieties %26 styles. I frequently tell people that these apple pies are among the very best I've ever had. And the value can't be beat. Only possible complaint: they're Very big! Fortunately, the solution (for us) is to cut up the pie into pieces of various sizes %26 then freeze much of it to enjoy later. One of my favorite items at Sam's.

It's tasty.it doesn't hold itself together when you slice it, the crust seems to be a lot more delicate than the regular apple pie. Perhaps it would work better as a Cobbler instead of a pie. I won't buy it again, I'll continue to buy the regular apple pie.

Probably the best store-bought pie out there. But also has a ton of calories too because they even coated the crust with sugar. I will only buy these when other people are visiting, because they are huge and I don’t want my husband and I to eat a whole one.

I bought two of these hand-made masterpieces for a Labor Day Sunday Bash. I often see these gorgeous pies when shopping at Sam’s but never buy one because I live alone and they are ENORMOUS (18-inch diameter) and I never believed I could eat one in under a week. I ended up taking one complete untouched pie home after the Party - it wasn’t the challenge I thought it would be to finish one in a week. Delicious it is - perfectly cooked with a delectable crust. Highly recommended!

Tasted burned and had sticky apple”goo” that boiled all over the edge of the crust. Way too large to cut into reasonable sized serving pieces. Crust feel apart and the pie filling was a mess. Ended up scooping it into a bowl like cobbler. Very disappointed. Won’t ever buy that large of a lattice pie again.

Pies are not my favorite desserts, but my husband loves them. The last time we were int the warehouse he picked out this apple pie to bring home. I decided to try it for myself. To my surprise, I liked it -- mainly because the crust, normally my least favorite part of a pie, tasted good. Most pie crusts are dry and tasteless to me, but this one was tasty, even a little sweet.

This pie is huge. I purchased it for my family's Thanksgiving party. I was skeptical about the taste. Once it was hested in the oven, it was a hit. This pie is better than HEB's pie. It had a lot of flavor. Yes it is very sweet, but the pie crust helps balance the sweetness. I will definitely buy again.

This pie exceeded my expectations. Not only was it much larger than I thought, but the crust was flaky and the apple filling was delicious. Took it to a party and it was a hit from the first bite. We paired it with vanilla yogurt ice cream. I would give it six stars!!
