This baked FRESH Apple Crisp Pie is superb. If you like hot apple pie, grab it quick have your vanilla ice or slice of cheese because hands down it’s of the chain. If your not familiar with off the chain then just say its to die for. However if you just like it straight out of the container it’s equally delicious.

I’m not sure how this pie won any awards except maybe on appearance. If it tasted half as good as it looked, it would have been at least edible. If you like your pie with extra large, crunchy slices of apple, an undercooked and slightly doughy bottom crust, the occasional husk from the core, and a soft, not-flaky top crust; you may be one of the judges that gave this pie an award. As for me, most of mine went in the trash.

The apple pies are usually awesome but this one had apple seeds and a few core pieces in it. We buy the apple pie a lot but never had one with this issue. Not sure if it is a new machine that is cleaning the apples . The taste was still good but having to pick out the apple parts was frustrating. Hopefully the next pie we buy will not have this same issue

Very expensive for an average pie

Wish it didn't have SOY OIL in the vegetable shortening. Palm oil is enough. Soy detracts from the otherwise delicious flavor and cheapens it. They also DO NOT list soy in the known allergens list. Shame!

Sam's pies are usually excellent. Not this time. The crust wasn't done...it was "gooey" & not at all the usual Sam's quality, delicious pie. This was for a work gathering and it was very disappointing.

Pie is a little on the large side, too much syrup. Would prefer a full crust, similar to your cherry pie. Your apple turnovers are great, could use few more apples. Instead of eight turnovers in a package, how about a package with four each of apple and cherry. Can't finish a package of eight before they get all gooey. A package of four and four would be great. I'd get four apple and my neighbor would get four cherry. Your tiramisu (sp) and key lime pie are also pretty good themselves.

The apples are better than the previous version but the pie is mostly dough and thickened sweet goo.

The top crust was raw in several places . Half the pie was thrown away . Was part of our Easter desert very sad

Poor apple pie not many apples but we found they were making apples in the pie with pie crust.
