This is a great addition to any type of sauce or glaze. I add it to chicken marsala and even some other pasta dishes with a sauce. Of course it is 100% necessary for bagels as well!

I love cream cheese. My new obsession lately is to spread cream cheese and shredded cheese on a low carb tortilla, roll it up and bake for 9 minutes at 400 degrees. Such a low carb and delicious snack!
