[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alka-Seltzer Original Effervescent Tablets did help with mild pain temporarily. I wish the pain relief lasted longer but that's probably why they have so many in the box. All you do is dissolve one packet that has 2 tablets in 4 oz of water and then drink only the water. The taste was not good in my opinion. It basically tastes like crushed up aspirin. I wish they had at least done a lemon-lime flavor. The tablets don't fully dissolve and some settles at the bottom but you don't have to drink that. I think its a good thing you only need a little bit of water. It's not enjoyable to drink. Maybe a spoonful of sugar would help this but I would rather swallow pills or use topicals to manage pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Alka seltzer tabs are great for fast relief for pain. I took two tablets because I was suffering from a mild headache and back pain. I had no appetite and was having trouble focusing. After taking the dose, within 30 minutes my head felt a little clearer and my body a little lighter. Was able to grab a small bite and continue with my work. Some may not like the bitter taste, but I am used to mineral water so it didn't bother me.

That way when my back ache kicks in. I just drop them my water and my relief is on the way. This is a must have for the person on the go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me first say that I have never tried Alka-Seltzer before, so this was all new to me. Easy to use, take the tablets, drop them in a cup of water and wait for it to dissolve. Had a nice fizzy look, but drinking it is a whole other thing! It literally feels like I drink drinking fizzy spit. I didn't like it at all, and had to force myself to get past the weird texture. But I can say it did do its job! I was pleasantly surprised how fast it worked, and I started to feel better in no time. I am torn, I hate how it feels to drink it, but it did a great job. I'd say if you are a big texture person, do not try it. But if not, this is a wonderful alternative to taking pills.

I would rather take Alka-Seltzer than a tablet.  The effervescent tablets work faster on my heartburn/GERD.  It may not be the best tasting but I would rather have fast relief vs. swallowing or chewing a tablet.  Alka-Seltzer has given me so much relief and will continue to purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get headaches and migraines constantly and this did nothing for me. I've only had luck with another brands' combination migraine relief pills. Those have aspirin in them but by itself just doesn't do it for me. It might work better for someone who gets the occasional headache or who needs pain relief. As far as the tablets themselves, they dissolved quickly and the water tasted like tonic water. Not great but not bad. This would be a good product for someone who has trouble swallowing pills.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never tried this product before so I was happy to give it a try. I like that each dose comes in it's own tiny package. This makes it easy to shove into my purse or even a pocket. I also like how quickly it dissolves once added to water. I even like that there really isn't a taste. The one and only thing that I didn't like was that the water is a little gritty like the product doesn't ever 100% dissolve. All of that to say that it did work at receiving pain. I have taken this for both a headache and back pain and did get relief and felt much better. I would be interested in trying the version for heartburn relief now.

Gracious for receiving this product some of my family loves it I'm half and half . This product is also package nicely

Great if you have a hang over or just having an upset stomach. I love Alka Seltzer .  I have also taken them when I have allergy flair ups or a headache and seems to solve my aches and pains. Tastes just fine, I prefer the flavored ones but does the trick when I'm feeling sick.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tablets work fairly well for minor backaches or headaches but it's hard to get past the taste of them. These don't dissolve completely and give the water a gritty texture when drinking it. It's definitely something you want to drink as quickly as possible. The taste and texture are too much for me and not something I could use on a regular basis, no matter how good it works for the pain.
