It was barely drinkable and tasted salty. It also didn't help my headache, and I woke up later and took a different medication. I would not take this again. Taking a pill is much easier and more effective.

After a weekend of yard work and heavy lifting had lots of sure muscles and body aches. I dissolved two tables in a glass of water and within a short time felt so much better would def recommend to others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked how quickly the dissolving tabs worked, much faster than regular pills or caps. But I really struggled with the flavor. It was salty and I found it difficult to force myself to drink the entire glass.

I have GERD and a hiatal hernia, so I have pretty severe indigestion. I take omeprazole every day as a preventative, and it usually works but sometimes if I have something extra heavy, like wine, I need to take something fast acting. Alka-selzter is my go-to when I'm having ulcer-type pain. It always helps. Only downside is it's a little difficult to wash if you don't rinse it right away.

That way when my back ache kicks in. I just drop them my water and my relief is on the way. This is a must have for the person on the go. It took me by surprise to read the box when it arrived that it's actually a pain reliever! I think this product would be perfect for someone who has trouble swallowing pills but still needs pain relief.
