[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is all I need for back pain and muscle aches. I love these little individual packages. I can just through them in my purse and go. That way when my back ache kicks in. I just drop them my water and my relief is on the way. This is a must have for the person on the go. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I get headaches and migraines constantly and this did nothing for me. I've only had luck with another brands' combination migraine relief pills. Those have aspirin in them but by itself just doesn't do it for me. It might work better for someone who gets the occasional headache or who needs pain relief. As far as the tablets themselves, they dissolved quickly and the water tasted like tonic water. Not great but not bad. This would be a good product for someone who has trouble swallowing pills.

Gracious for receiving this product some of my family loves it I'm half and half . This product is also package nicely

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I personally would buy these, I find it much easier to just take a pill. I also am not a fan of seltzer in general. But if you're someone who like seltzer water and may have a hard time taking pills these are a go to!

I have GERD and a hiatal hernia, so I have pretty severe indigestion. I take omeprazole every day as a preventative, and it usually works but sometimes if I have something extra heavy, like wine, I need to take something fast acting. Alka-selzter is my go-to when I'm having ulcer-type pain. It always helps. Only downside is it's a little difficult to wash if you don't rinse it right away.

Great if you have a hang over or just having an upset stomach. I love Alka Seltzer .  I have also taken them when I have allergy flair ups or a headache and seems to solve my aches and pains. Tastes just fine, I prefer the flavored ones but does the trick when I'm feeling sick.

During my pregnancy heart burn was the worst. I found that this was the only thing that actually helped me a lot. I would normally get it after eating certain foods or when I would go to be so if I already knew it was going to happen I would drink one before hand and try to avoid it. I also drink one if I have an upset stomach and it also helps a lot.

Great to have in the medicine cabinet because these really work. We like to keep some of these in our travel bags as well, which is more likely where we need them. This simply, and reliably, makes you feel better fast. Great for healthy people who occasionally have a meal that disagrees.

Absolutely love it Alka Seltzer Original Effervescent Tablets I have not found another product that relieves my stomach like this. This will be a staple in my home for many years to come. The effects are immediate. I feel like the pain goes away fast. This works best. #alkaseltzer

I occasionally use this product as needed to relieve a variety of stomach issues. The texture is good and when added to water it fizzes until dissolved. There's no taste but it goes down like your drinking carbonated water. Overall I recommend this product
