[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is a nurse and has been loving to take these after he gets off work for his body aches. Me on the other hand, I like taking them because I like how it fizzes up lol. The overall taste doesn't really stand out to me but I can testify that it also definitely works for headaches (plus you're drinking water which might be the source of the headache)

I know these are supposed to be used for heartburn, but with the quarantine, I've been desperate to find ways to keep my 4 year old daughter entertained, and these little tablets have led to lots of science fun. Today's adventure was making a "snowstorm in a jar". She loves her alka-seltzer tablets.

Adding one of these tablets into some water helps so much with any chest pain and tightness. This takes a little time to kick in for me, so the only thing I wish is that it would help sooner when I'm feeling any major discomfort. Other than that, this is stuff is great.

I usually have to take advil to help me , and it take asleast 30' to reduce the pain . I just got the alka tablets and it help me right away . I'm not a big fan of liquid medicine , but since it help me faster so I will take it .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were great. I used them recently after coming home from a long day of classes. I felt body aches and my head was hurting, they helped to take away my symptoms and make it easier for me to relax.

I had a love hate relationship with this product. I felt as a teenager it worked slightly for my aching stomach but the awful fizz taste was the worst to swallow down. I was never fond of the taste but the product did slightly ease my stomach issue at the time.

After a weekend of yard work and heavy lifting had lots of sure muscles and body aches. I dissolved two tables in a glass of water and within a short time felt so much better would def recommend to others

Alka-seltzer have been one of the product I have keep with me from my Childhood to everytime I have indigestion or feel bloated for any reason I drop two pill of alKa seltzer and all my stomach problems goes away. I highly recommended it to all my friends and family
