Had used cartridges refilled at Costco. HP in their greed, has set up the printer not to work with re-manufactured cartridges.

Sam's prices on ink cartridges are cheaper than other vendors and with free shipping. Best deal in town on them.

After trying our two closest Sam’s and online, I was finally able to find it in stock. Only use HP products.

Item arrive practically empty! It supposed to be 3 cartridges, package had 1 only 1!!! For the $72 I paid it wasn’t worth it! When to Sam’s club with the package, it was closed and sealed, the lady looked at and said “oh yeah you are missing some, but ink cannot be returned” then she called a “supervisor” very rude and nasty lady, not profesional at all! She looked at me and the package and stated “ yes it looks that some are missing some, but as told before, ink cannot be returned” and handed back the package. Sam’s club you can do better! Mainly with the “supervisors” not I have to keep this single ink cartridge for $72.. ridiculous!

I have 5 ink cartridges I bought for my printer that will not work since HP has changed software. I think they are trying to force everyone onto their instant ink program. When you call support they transfer you around until someone hangs up on you. I now own $150 worth of paper weights. Won't ever buy another HP product again.
