Bone fragments are unappetizing

These burgers are full of bone bits. I can't stand eating a burger and almost chipping a tooth. It is an instant turn-off for me and I just end up throwing the rest of the burger away. It has happened at least 3 more times throughput the 18 pack. Not a fan.

price went up by quality went down

We purchased these last year and were very happy but the price went up almost $5 and the quality is not the same. There is a lot more grease when cooking these. I don’t mind paying more but it’s not worth it if they are changing the quality negatively in the process.

Two stars because it used to be best burger meat.

Two stars just because it used to be best burger meat, but lately it became something you couldn't even have one bite without the taste of metallic and some unpleasant after test. No matter how you season it, the test never go and it overwhelms no matter how you cook it.

Transfat-Horrible for you but delicious

Wow, thought these looked like semi decent frozen burger patties, but the label lists 2grams of transfat per patty. Yes, they tast good but I don’t want to die young so I’m never buying them again. Like another reviews said, no paper to separate the patties, so you have to thaw a big junk or chisel them apart. Pure trash that was tasty, will not recommend unless you’re into having extra clogged arteries. I’ll stick to regular old ground beef.

Good Tasting But Not For Me

Call them "Angus" burgers and make them 1/3 lb. People will buy them and think they are getting something premium. In my opinion, they're not. The taste is OK, and they don't shrink too much, but there are issues. Did you ever wonder why Sam's doesn't include nutrition info and ingredients online? Maybe it's the fine print. They have a 80/20 meat to fat ratio (151g patty/30g fat = 19.87% fat) which is normal for a burger, but 420g of "encapsulated salt" (look it up) and beef "flavorings". If Angus is so great why do they need to add "flavorings"? Most people are probably unaware that these are pre-seasoned before they grill them. If I want to season the outside of my burger I'll do that, but I don't want salt built-in. Burgers aren't health food, but I'm going back to 100% beef patties.

Greasy Burgers But Good

For cookouts, I always purchase frozen Angus burgers from Sams. But these burgers are greasier than what I remember. Maybe I used a different brand? I don’t know but pan frying these, you can see all of the grease left in the pan. These are best cooked on an outdoor grill so that the grease in drained off of the burger. These are good burgers just greasy. I would like to give them 3.5 stars.
