Owned Less than 6 months mainboard has failed alre
30 day warranty from ATGAMES, ugh unacceptable, I didn't read the small print before purchasing, I guess my bad. I also didn't purchase the extended warranty, so if you do purchase one of these units, ( if I had to do it all over again I wouldn't ) do yourself a favor and purchase the extended warranty. if you need to contact ATGAMES you can only contact them via email, So mentally prepare yourself for some email volleyball aggravation. My only option is to pay them $60 for another Mainboard, which might I add.... they can't be certain if this will totally fix the issue, so at this point it's a crap shoot. Very depressing, well it was fun until it wasn't.
Sorry to hear you had an issue. Please continue to engage with support.
Best Purchase Ever!
I absolutely love it! It includes a lot of great games and it's easy to add others via a flash drive. It's like a time machine that transports me back to the arcades of the 80's and a blast to play with the whole family. It was hands-down the best experience I've ever had assembling something. It was extremely well packaged. The hardware came in a plastic box and each compartment had the part number imprinted on the lid. They also included one extra for every single piece of hardware. It's such a simple thing to do, but you just don't see companies doing it. I was able to quickly and easily assemble it by myself in under an hour. When I was researching it, I saw people mention little issues like the screen covering the USB and HDMI ports. That was not the case with mine. I suspect the company is actively monitoring and addressing issues. Speaking of which, I've already seen multiple firmware updates in the short time I've owned it.
Thanks for the feedback. Enjoy!

The Ultimate in Home Arcade Versatility
The Legends Ultimate Arcade is exactly what it sounds like, the ultimate home arcade machine; the build, design, and large assortment of games included make it an excellent value. This system includes a WiFi interface, allowing for regular firmware upgrades (continually improving the machines function) and additional games to be downloaded. As an added bonus, the unit also comes with USB ports; this gives the user the ability to utilize flash drives/SD cards with pre-loaded content to add to their growing library of games; the possibilities are virtually limitless with the Legends Ultimate Arcade. If you're looking for a quality all-in-one arcade experience, look no further.
Thank you. Enjoy!
Awesome deal
This is an awesome addition to my home theater and the added Blast dongle even provides additional hits like Pac-Man and Dig Dug. A few of the games don’t operate the greatest, like Tron, but they are still fun to play. I was hoping Star Wars was the classic Tie-Fighter battle game but it is not. I never saw these Star Wars games before. A warning to anyone expecting to get this instead of the 1up Star Wars arcade. The Blast dongle can be tricky to figure out so be sure to watch a video on YouTube. Once I did that I was playing within a few minutes. The cabinet quality is nice and easy to assemble. Very high quality controls. Some games only take up a small part of the monitor and not the full monitor so expect that. Very happy with this product in the end. Good buy!
Thanks for the great review! We're glad you're enjoying it so much! :)
Best money I've spent
As being 49 years old I grew up in the arcades. Grew up with the very bad home games. I heard about these arcade game consoles. I've not had any home games in quite some time but I still I purchased this. Having 350 games there had to be something that I knew. I got it home and put it together in about 10 minutes with a screwdriver. Let me tell you I am very impressed. I am not a gamer so I can't speek about the add on games but what is loaded you will find something for everyone. The cabinet looks nice and it is full size which I like. I have only had it 2 days so I am still figuring things out. It has been the best $500 I've spent in some time. With a 30 day warranty I hope it lasts. If you are on the fence in purchasing this unit I would say go for it. I would like to see the ability to purchase some other games online to add to my console.
Thank you so much for your feedback and we're thrilled you're enjoying it! If you have any questions at all in the future, please feel free to reach out to us at: support@atgames.net Thanks!

Great Machine, Great cust.serv., Assembly issue.
Everything you can want. Load your own games with a little help from the web on how to do it. and customer service with at games is great (although only through email) but they get right back to you and help you through any connectivity issues. Only issue I had during assembly I noticed "dust and some kind of fuzz" between the LED screen and the clear protective glass . I have to open up the back of the cabinet then carefully remove the screen and clean with a dry cloth and screen cleaner for LED. I added electrical tape to seal the openings to prevent new dust and boom - looks great.
Thanks for the feedback. Enjoy!
Broken on arrival
I purchased this item new and out of the box there was problems. The cabinet had lots of blemishes, chips that looked like it was poorly painted over to cover it up and the screen appeared to have some sort of condensation in it. The box had no water damage at all so I know it wasn't from delivery. Also looked like someone tried to wipe it down but the box was fresh literally brand new no replacement tape or anything. Had it replaced and that arrived today and when I say this item was DAMAGED!! it was damaged. the wood was broken, cracked screen separating and everything!!! The box was is pretty good condition no damage etc. AtGames has to be sending poor quality versions to Sams club or refurbished versions to Sams club. Theres no way how an item can come broken like this. I'm waiting on a 3RD replacement and if this one is damaged im going back to Arcade1up.

Legends Ultimate Arcade Cabinet Review
Very easy to set up but a bit disappointed with the onboard game selection. The good news is that I hear its pretty easy to add more popular ROMS. Limited onboard storage too, so I guess external storage (a USB drive) will be required. Still researching...
Thanks for the feedback.
Great and getting better!
I received mine in perfect shape. Put it together and haven't had an issue in the 3 months I've had it. The supply is low due to COVID-19 and they paused to start production on an upgraded version in mid-August. Including an additional 47 free games! As well as support for virtual pinball machines and light gun games! Don't listen to the negative ratings, there's a reason this thing is hard to find. Because it's the best value for the money on an arcade style machine. Period.
Glad to hear. Thank you and enjoy your home arcade machine!
Arrived with errors
I bought this over a month ago and when I set it up, the WiFi gave a MAC address error that made no sense for a new machine. So, to even play the thing, I had to skip all the setup and play the installed games offline, which is the only reason I’m giving it more than one star, because the games are fun and the controls feel good. Naturally,I contacted support right away and uploaded screenshots, etc. After waiting nearly a month for a reply, they said they’ve been overwhelmed and didn’t get a chance to even download my files from the WeTransfer service, so I had to do it again. After uploading again, I waited another week for a response which was to do a factory reset, which I promptly did. This time, it got past the WiFi issue but as I continued setup, the login/registration site is fundamentally broken on all devices and all browsers that I tried. If you login with a user id & password from a previous registration, it tells you the password is wrong. When I clicked “forgot password” and entered my email, I got a screen that said “something went wrong”. I then attempted to create a new account with a different email, and the “register” button did not work at all. Note, I tried this on my PC, android phone, and iPad with all available browsers on each and got the same behavior so it is their site that is hosed. So, even though I got past the initial error, more stuff is broken and I still have a $600 brick, essentially. And my 2-month ArcadeNet trial is already one month used. I had high hopes for this machine, and still do, but would not recommend this until they get their setup process fixed end-to-end.
