Cabinet delivered intact without dents or missing parts. 1 1/2 hours to assemble. Works great, games are meh, but super easy to bring your own on USB stick.

The cabinet quality is pretty good and the price could not be beat. The built in games are good and the ability to bring your own games is awesome. Works great so far!

First unit was returned day one and second screen LEDs went out on one side. I contacted customer service and the had me check some connections and then said sorry nothing we can do. Tried to used HDMI port and no response either.

Bought this last month as early Christmas present for my kids. Was going to wait to open it but figured I better open it to make sure not broken as I had read reviews where that is common. Well those reviews are correct, the upper cabinet is broken. And now that I check if available so I can exchange I find they went on sale this month and now out of stock.

I purchased this yesterday and I had been waiting quite awhile to get it. I was very excited to see that many were in stock. When I got it home I immediately assembled it to find so many issues. First when assembling I noticed a part labeled “D” that is actually part of the structural support was damaged and split. I proceeded. When I got everything put together I noticed that all of the buttons were drilled and placed off center along with the trackball and spinners and sticks. Does this effect game play? No but it’s a visual error that I shouldn’t have to deal with. I tested some buttons and the joysticks to find that all of the controls stick and squeak. I tested this product in the store and this wasn’t the case. I understand that some oil will fix this but I shouldn’t immediately have to take the thing apart to make it “like new” by fixing things myself. Again, I proceeded. When I turned on the machine I noticed a big white dot right on the middle of the screen where a small cluster of pixels are bad. Now I know this seems small but it’s actually very distracting. Overall I understand that sometimes issues happen with electronics. My anger comes from the fact that I’m dealing with multiple in the first 24 hours. I checked in with an Atgames Facebook group for some advice and was told it’s best to return it to the store because the company doesn’t have a good record of handling issues quickly. This thing is big! Take it apart and return it to the store? Really? I wish this experience had gone how I hoped and not how I feared.

At this price-point ($500), it's the best I've seen, around. The community around the Legends machine & CoinOpX is HUGE! There are lots of support/walk-thrus available on YouTube. The controls are great! Using the trackball for the shooters is very nice & smooth. The pinball-controls (SAMS exclusive?) are nice, but haven't found much use for them, yet. The only good pinball games I've seen/played, so far, the flippers are kinda laggy. Why not 5-STARS? Even though it comes with 200 games...they are, mostly, NOT the arcade games you want/love...no Frogger...no Pac-Man...no Donkey Kong, etc. Out of the 200 games...maybe 10-12 are good...and, again...NO CLASSIC STAND-UP ARCADE GAMES. The Star Wars games they advertise are NOT the stand-up-arcade classics...they're SEGA games. ...but not to fret: CoinOpX. Yes, with the help of YouTube & the love from CoinOpX community...you can, very easily, add 1,500 games...MOST of which, are ALL of the arcade-classics that you're looking for. The Legends' on-line stuff isn't great. Nothing super interesting going on there.

I was able to order this online because my local Sam’s Club was sold out. It arrived on time, but the box was not in the best condition. I put the arcade cabinet together and noticed the large amount of damage it had on various edges and sides of the cabinet. I don’t believe the damage to the cabinet was the result of shipping and handling based on where the damage was on the cabinet. I think it was either manufactured poorly or I received a returned model. Also, I got a “No Signal” message once powered on and was instructed by AtGames via email to take the control board apart and play with the plugs, which ended up working. Nonetheless, I was able to take exchange it once my local Sam’s got more units in stock. The new cabinet is perfect except for a dead pixel in the LCD display. I don’t want to return it again, so I will just deal with the dead pixel. Overall, the games are fun, and I like the “Add On” feature. Looks very nice too!

As being 49 years old I grew up in the arcades. Grew up with the very bad home games. I heard about these arcade game consoles. I've not had any home games in quite some time but I still I purchased this. Having 350 games there had to be something that I knew. I got it home and put it together in about 10 minutes with a screwdriver. Let me tell you I am very impressed. I am not a gamer so I can't speek about the add on games but what is loaded you will find something for everyone. The cabinet looks nice and it is full size which I like. I have only had it 2 days so I am still figuring things out. It has been the best $500 I've spent in some time. With a 30 day warranty I hope it lasts. If you are on the fence in purchasing this unit I would say go for it. I would like to see the ability to purchase some other games online to add to my console.

if I could have given this item a negative 10. I would have done so. Lasted less than 4 months. I should have listened to the comments about the main board. A few days after the 90 day warranty. it completely stopped working. We tried working with the manufacturer and was given the silent treatment. Eventually after contacting SquareTrade, the manufacturer responded requesting that we send $90 to fix the game. The game was never fixed and we had to opt for reimbursement of the game only. SquareTrade did not cover the taxes. Without a doubt the game is definitely a piece of junk.
