Way too complicated for an arcade game. They are still working the bugs out. Not up to snuff. If arcade games are not your full time compulsion you will be frustrated.

Bought one last week for $450, which ended up being a return. No picture or sound when powered on. Disassembled control box and found power cable to LVDS monitor board were the wrong way.

Such a great device. For 500$ it already came with a bunch of games. If you want more, you'll have to buy them on the original firmware. Look up OneSause, downgrade your firmware, you won't be sorry.

Great oldtime arcade for kids. Many functions do not work, such as saving progress in games. Also , many of the games are not original. They are lousy copies.

When I took the parts out to assemble it I noticed a couple of parts were damaged. They took 10% off the purchase price but I would have preferred an undamaged game.

This arcade is an awesome throwback from when I was a kid. Now my kids are enjoying the games I use to drop tons of quarters into. The product packing was great to prevent damage during shipping. The build quality is great. Considering all other arcades available for purchase for $300 and up with only a handful of games, you get a lot more for your money with 300+ games preloaded. It was also very easy to build.

Hello, I purchased my Legends Ultimate Arcade in-store at Sam's Club. Wow, did this exceed all my expectations. They have a firmware update once a week that bring amazing new features to the product. The company has done amazing things with their personal service if you have any issues and the community that has grown on social media is excellent. The item itself has better quality sticks and buttons than their competitors (Arcade 1up for example), that come stock, but if you wish to upgrade them, it is a very simple process. I upgraded mine to Sanwa battops and Happ competition style convex buttons. But even if you don't decide to change any parts, they are very serviceable as is. The games the system comes with range from medicore to certified classics, however the ability to bring your own games or stream via steam, and even OTG from a PC to the cabinet open up to unending possibilities to play anything you want and still get the great arcade experience. My unit had no defects or any cosmetic damage as some have mentioned. But if something does go wrong from shipping etc, the Atgames crew will make it right and get replacements out to you ASAP. I HIGHLY recommend the purchase of this product, you won't regret it!

What an outstanding product. Included games are great, but expandability to allow use of retro rom code and the like make it one of a kind. Internet leader boards, online firmware updates, and the like make this a system with an almost unlimited level of extensibility.

I purchased and set up last night. I had a few issues. First two of the pieced of particle board were already cracked. Second, the Wifi would connect successfully, then immediately disconnect whenever I tried to pick Log In or Update Firmware. I ultimately did Ethernet to log-in and update firmware package. I went forward and assembled, and neglected to take pics of the cracked braces. I did get a picture of the last issue, the side graphic that buckles up. This is my first arcade system, and I purchased because I am over 6ft tall and my 3 teenage sons are all between 5' 10"- 6', so those 1 Up arcades are way too tiny! I am remaining optimistic about this product, I did purchase the 2 yr warranty. I will see how the networked community of available games works out.

I was lucky enough to grab one online back in December 14. Shipping was fast to South FL. They did a good job with packaging IMO. The build was easy 1 person can do it simple tools. The overall quality is good. I had an issue with the silver trim piece that is used on the edges. It was coming off. I called Sams customer care and they took care of me. I have since corrected the problem and the machine looks great. Bottom line AtGames did a great job here the ability to have a full size machine with pre built games and still be able to add more titles is what I was looking for. You can go the 1up route spend money to mod it but you still have a lesser product IMO. This gives anyone that is looking for a great looking cabinet the flexibility to add the games of your choice. My daughter loves it and It looks great in her room. AtGames is working on the updates in firmware and IMO the interaction gets better with each update. For the money this is a winner hands down. Keep it up ATGames your scored a winner in my book with this one
