Bought the ALU HD at Sams in April when it was on sale for $499. Joined Sams as a preimer member ($110) to get free shipping (otherwise $100). The 300 arcade games are decent, but was able to add CoinopsX usb (7,500 games) and OnesaUCE usb (20,000+ games). You have to be a bit of a techie to create the usb ad-ons, but worth the effort! Really impressed with the high quality pinball tables. Bought a few more of those from Atgames online.

I bought this product & took about an hour to put together only to find that the software is plagued with issues. Freezes every few mins or if a spinner is touched. Even after factory reset & updates, same issue. AtGames customer service is only by email & slow, so not able to resolve or find out root cause, but most likely faulted control panel or board.

I am negligent in leaving this review. I have had this unit for almost a year now. It came packed well, and fortunately I had no shipping damages. The unit is quality and the included computing power / UI are also solid. On top of that AtGames continues to expand on the functionality on a monthly basis. You can go to youtube and find a million great reviews, but my 2 cents are that the included games are far better than others would have you to believe. Just because you haven't heard of them all, doesn't mean they aren't good. In fact I have found many new games on this that are now my favorites. If you find you still need more, this unit allows you to bring your own games to play via USB... and it's very easy. Don't wait, if you can find this ... just buy it.

I had started my collection with another brand. Saw this one and liked the idea of wifi connection. Wow. I am blown away at the potential of this arcade. The ways to play with ArcadeNet and BYOG and the number of games for retro enthusiasts is almost limitless. Plus, the addition of the pinball buttons on the Sam's Club version makes this one a no Brainer. The company that produces them is great, support is great, global leaderboards for bragging rights and tournaments among cabinet owners is a great community building tool. Strong wifi recommended, but you really can't go wrong with this one!

I purchased and set up last night. I had a few issues. First two of the pieced of particle board were already cracked. Second, the Wifi would connect successfully, then immediately disconnect whenever I tried to pick Log In or Update Firmware. I ultimately did Ethernet to log-in and update firmware package. I went forward and assembled, and neglected to take pics of the cracked braces. I did get a picture of the last issue, the side graphic that buckles up. This is my first arcade system, and I purchased because I am over 6ft tall and my 3 teenage sons are all between 5' 10"- 6', so those 1 Up arcades are way too tiny! I am remaining optimistic about this product, I did purchase the 2 yr warranty. I will see how the networked community of available games works out.

What an outstanding product. Included games are great, but expandability to allow use of retro rom code and the like make it one of a kind. Internet leader boards, online firmware updates, and the like make this a system with an almost unlimited level of extensibility.

The box was arrived in good condition. i found 2 cracked D panels and assembled anyways because i have been wanting to try this machine for some time. i emailed support and i'm still waiting for replacement parts. its been maybe 3 weeks. its a shame they do not have better support for a nice product. with my experience i would say pick up the game at the store yourself to avoid a hassle. overall i do like the machine otherwise but give it a 2 star rating for lack of product support.

This is a great deal for the money. There are plenty of games for practically every taste, and the ability to add your own games makes it that much sweeter. This system comes with quality controls and this model includes the pinball button kit which works great with the addon pinball games if get them.

Hello, I purchased my Legends Ultimate Arcade in-store at Sam's Club. Wow, did this exceed all my expectations. They have a firmware update once a week that bring amazing new features to the product. The company has done amazing things with their personal service if you have any issues and the community that has grown on social media is excellent. The item itself has better quality sticks and buttons than their competitors (Arcade 1up for example), that come stock, but if you wish to upgrade them, it is a very simple process. I upgraded mine to Sanwa battops and Happ competition style convex buttons. But even if you don't decide to change any parts, they are very serviceable as is. The games the system comes with range from medicore to certified classics, however the ability to bring your own games or stream via steam, and even OTG from a PC to the cabinet open up to unending possibilities to play anything you want and still get the great arcade experience. My unit had no defects or any cosmetic damage as some have mentioned. But if something does go wrong from shipping etc, the Atgames crew will make it right and get replacements out to you ASAP. I HIGHLY recommend the purchase of this product, you won't regret it!

Got this cabinet a few weeks ago and despite one of the frame pieces being a little bent\cracked (probably in shipping) it came together fine and is quite sturdy regardless. The controls feel good and of decent quality and can be swapped fairly easily if you prefer something different. The onboard games may not be for everyone but where this cabinet shines is its BYOG ability. Given everything I’d say this cabinet is a great value for the money, plus the added bonus of simple expandability is great as well. Overall very satisfied!
