I received the arcade and a panel was damaged. I reached out to support and they advised that they would provide a replacement of the panel. Waited one week and didn’t hear back. I tried to follow up twice but they have become nonresponsive to us.

Bought at Sams club this morning. Put everything together, powered on and nothing. Screen just flashes random colors. No customer service phone number only email. Still waiting to see if this piece of junk will work. Otherwise returning it!

Best bang for your buck. Rivals arcade systems that are over 1000bucks. I cant say enough good things about this. Play stream games like Soul Caloibur 6, Mortal Kombat 11, I even got golden tee working on it.

I purchased this in store and had high hopes for it. It will not connect to the internet or update. I will be returning this. Very big disappointment and there is no customer service number only email smh

Bought the ALU HD at Sams in April when it was on sale for $499. Joined Sams as a preimer member ($110) to get free shipping (otherwise $100). The 300 arcade games are decent, but was able to add CoinopsX usb (7,500 games) and OnesaUCE usb (20,000+ games). You have to be a bit of a techie to create the usb ad-ons, but worth the effort! Really impressed with the high quality pinball tables. Bought a few more of those from Atgames online.

Tons of games! It really is a trip down memory lane and our kids love it!

The side graphic pieces are missing. It works perfectly but doesn't look as nice.
