Great machine, great buy. Arrived via FedEx perfect shape, took about 1.5 hours to put together and instructions were just fine for that. Initial WIFI update worked fine. Built a 1600+ game CoinOps thumb drive now it's even better!

Bought this the first time and one of the boards was broken. Returned and bought another one and the second one’s buttons didn’t work. Worthless piece of junk.

This a good deal, however the tech support for it is not good. You have to email a question in then wait a few days for a response. After the response you may have to provide more information then wait again.

First of all with all the games built in as a child born in the 70s the arcade and the Atari hits were awesome. Being able to play literally anything you want to with USB drives makes this the best cabinet ever to own!!! You won’t be sorry!!!

Very pleased with my purchase, everything works as it should, arrived on time, in good condition, and was easy to put together. Games built in are a blast, and adding more using CoinOpsX is very easy with Wagner's guides on youtube.

So far, this thing is amazing! The built in games are a lot of fun. It is great that it comes standard with six buttons for each player, as well as, two spinners and a track ball. The games all play and sound good. Assembly was also very straightforward and easy. Where this product really shines, is its flexibility! It comes equipped with an hdmi port and USB port. The hdmi allows you to plug and play your other devices in the arcade cabinet. The USB port allows you to play other games via usb memory stick. This thing has allowed me to relive some of my favorite arcade memories from my youth, as well as, experiment with new games. It is incredibly fun to play standing at a cabinet again, using arcade buttons, sticks and spinners. My wife and I have spent several nights fighting for supremacy on the leaderboards. I have also really enjoyed giving our kids some important history lessons in the world of video games. One final note, is that like that this is closer to a standard sized arcade cabinet, when compared to the Arcade 1Up machines. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a great, flexible way to enjoy classic arcade games.

The Arcade Legends Ultimate from Atgames is a fantastic offering for the capabilities it provides at the price point of delivery. There are 2 parts to this, the hardware and software. There are minor quality control issues for the hardware aspect. Even if your box is perfect on the outside, you may still find damage on the inside. This has to do more with weight distribution and packaging. Also, there could be issues with other cracked components and possible hardware issues. Given the surge of demand and ongoing issues, for the moment Atgames is suggesting you return the item for an exchange if you find issues, however they will supply replacement parts but they are far behind. I was lucky, mine shipped with minor issues. For the software; you won't find a better offering for the price point, at least not in an engineered solution format with technical support. It has 350+ games, however the bulk of them are old Atari 2600 games, but that's not the goal line. The biggest draw is in the additional offerings for the ability to add your own games as well as the Atgames subscription service. There is no shortage of YouTube videos that provide in depth explanations for these features and how to take advantage of them. Because of these features, this is the best turn key option to bring arcade gaming into your home. It moves easily and is comfortable to stand and play, but it's better to sit. I'm 5'9" for reference. The assembly instructions are fairly easy to follow, though I felt the base unit instructions could've offered better detail for the support pieces. The side art is optional since it's held on with screws. I opted to leave mind off since it's a bit garish. If you've been debating a purchase like this, I think you'll be happy.

Game itself is great. The problem was there were damaged parts when it arrived. I contacted the manufacturer to get new ones. After going Back-and-forth and getting them all the information that they needed I was told new parts would be sent out. A week went by and I still didn’t receive UPS shipping number from the manufacturer. I emailed them to see what was going on and they were unresponsive. Finally I sent an email saying this is the last email I was Sending and if I didn’t hear back I was just returning to the store. Finally received an email back and said they don’t know when the parts are going to come they have zero control over it And to do what I have to do. Took him back to the store and was lucky that they had in stock so I was able to switch out. Has been great since. My only concern going forward is it that I need support from the manufacturer i’m probably not gonna get it.

Awesome arcade, some games are outdated but depends on your own tastes. Buy a coinops x USB stick with 1500+ arcade games on it for the ultimate legends and your set for life. Can use the HDMI port to display anything you want almost. Takes 30 minutes to build, extremely simple. Buy it, you won't regret it.

This has been very fun. Lots of built-in games and a great online community to help you add your own games on a USB stick. Can play all the classic arcade games, Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Sega, etc from the 80s and early 90s. Sam's is the best place to buy it.
