Came damaged and one button is already malfunctioning. Screen cover had come off and adhesive had gotten all over the front of the machine. Rewind button is not functioning properly (mechanically).

Great machine, great buy. Arrived via FedEx perfect shape, took about 1.5 hours to put together and instructions were just fine for that. Initial WIFI update worked fine. Built a 1600+ game CoinOps thumb drive now it's even better!

Quick shipping. Arrived in good condition. Easy to add coin ops and 1500 classic games...if you are computer literate at all. That pushes this into extreme value!

Bought this the first time and one of the boards was broken. Returned and bought another one and the second one’s buttons didn’t work. Worthless piece of junk.

This a good deal, however the tech support for it is not good. You have to email a question in then wait a few days for a response. After the response you may have to provide more information then wait again.

First of all with all the games built in as a child born in the 70s the arcade and the Atari hits were awesome. Being able to play literally anything you want to with USB drives makes this the best cabinet ever to own!!! You won’t be sorry!!!

Very pleased with my purchase, everything works as it should, arrived on time, in good condition, and was easy to put together. Games built in are a blast, and adding more using CoinOpsX is very easy with Wagner's guides on youtube.

Unit did not come with the pinball flippers it was supposed to. The control deck did not work until I opened it up and fixed it myself. Has multiple dead pixels. Support says they are backed up and cannot help.

Awesome arcade, some games are outdated but depends on your own tastes. Buy a coinops x USB stick with 1500+ arcade games on it for the ultimate legends and your set for life. Can use the HDMI port to display anything you want almost. Takes 30 minutes to build, extremely simple. Buy it, you won't regret it.

Purchased two of these units. The first unit I received came broken. I could not mount the top to the base and had to return it. Had to jump through some hoops to have Sam's agree to pick up the product as opposed to me taking it myself to FedEx to have it returned. Sam's was sold out and could not send me another unit as a replacement. The second unit came with the silver trim peeling off. Not that big of a deal. Sam's agreed to give me a $50 rebate. Cool. Unfortunately, the unit decided to stop connecting to the wifi after a couple of days. Given this is for a business, people kept scrolling through menus where the machine would pause and say it is not connected to the wifi. So I am having to manually fix it for the customer several times a day. Very annoying. So I purchased two units, both units were damaged in a way. that is very noticeable. Only received one good working unit for the two I purchased, which sucks. The games itself are great. Run smoothly. Nice buttons and joystick. If I was just rating that aspect, 5 stars.
