the ribs woud've been great...but got a pork loin mislabeled as ribs. Major blooper. Kept the loin anyway and cut it into roasts. Nice roasts, by the way.

Smoking ribs for 10 years, these have the best quality and taste, they have the right amount of meat and fat, unlike other retail establishments that have ribs with hardly and meat, mostly bones and fat!

The product was fresh but the cut was not good. Some very tough areas. I will buy again but we will prep longer with a good marinade to break down the meat a bit.

A little tough

Slow cooked on the grill and in the oven. Came out terrific, good cuts of meat with just the right amount of fat, not over marbled. Fell off the bone. Seared the outside with the grill, then marinated/seasoned, cooked in the oven at 275 for a couple hours. Definitely a re-purchase item for sure.
