This was an excellent buy, 2 slabs of spare ribs bone in. The hard part was removing the membrane from.the bones.

Excellent on the smoker

the ribs woud've been great...but got a pork loin mislabeled as ribs. Major blooper. Kept the loin anyway and cut it into roasts. Nice roasts, by the way.

Slow cooked on the grill and in the oven. Came out terrific, good cuts of meat with just the right amount of fat, not over marbled. Fell off the bone. Seared the outside with the grill, then marinated/seasoned, cooked in the oven at 275 for a couple hours. Definitely a re-purchase item for sure.

Thankfully, Sams Club leaves more meat on the bones. They also have the distinct advantage of removing the Sternum bone which, unfortunately, most stores leave on the bone. It's gotten to the point that Sam's is the ONLY place I'll purchase spare ribs from. They do it right.

These ribs where delicious when cooked. Meat was very tender.

So yummy can be use in multi dishes
