Although pork prices have increased, I am so happy that the ribs I bought did not come to the 35$ price for 2 but 25. Ribs were meaty and fresh.

If you like bone, fat and cartilage then these ribs are for you. Would not recommend and won’t buy again.

these babies come 3 to a pack, and I have found them to be fresh and meaty. I trim them St Louis style, and smoke them low and slow. Always good.

Purchased the ribs last weekend and were gone in 1 day. No fat rendered, very lean, tender and great value.

I ordered baby back ribs and was given these instead. Two huge slabs full of fat. Made one and threw the other out. Horrible.

Not real impressed. They were very fatty and greasy. I messed up and didn't get the short ribs, which are great.

Ribs were rancid. Pungent and overpowering the minute the packing was cut open. Sam's honored their return policy but not before our gag reflexes got a workout.
