Meat fresh and cut perfectly

Flank ribs, decent flavor

Meaty and what ribs should be.

Too much fat. I ordered St Louis style ribs, these ribs were untrained with tips.

Bought the ribs for holiday dining. 2 racks served 6 with leftovers

Rib were excellent quality with plenty of meat on them @ a great price. Cooked up nice and tender.

I had to search through the bin but found some good ribs

Lots of ribs for the price
