I bought this to replace my BB-2000. I had that version for 10 years before the heating element gave out. Everything else worked perfect on it but the heated seat is a must for me. I tried this one because I am a techy and I loved the auto open and close feature. However, the remote does not work to open and close the lid and seat as it should. I also realized I missed the stream that vibrates on the BB-2000. I should have stuck with what I had before but this does overall get the job done. The auto open and close feature was not worth the other functions of the BB-2000, including the enema stream.

My 94 year old mother has a rectal prolapse and a dropped bladder. I selected the BB2000 for her because it has all of the features that greatly improve her quality of life. In particular the vortex setting actually helps reduce the extent of the prolapse and the bidet spray reduces her chance of issues from wiping. The handy remote is easy to use so she does not have to reach from behind to control. And the continual warm water never gets cold and the warm seat and warm air dryer make this bidet seat perfect for anyone who uses it - especially my 94 year old mother! We purchased two of them so she will not be without no matter what part of the house she is in. This product is very durable and high quality and I would recommend it to anyone.

We bought this product 3mos ago and we appreciate it everytime we use it. Great features, the water flow is perfect, the heat is distributed well on the seat and most of all the night light is the best especially at nights when you don't want to turn on the light so you can get back to sleep easily. The only thing I wish is that the remote has a light so that the buttons would be visible at pitch dark toilet like what we have.

I bought this several months ago and love it, actually notice the difference when I travel and not at home with my BioBidet. Wasn't sure how it would work, heard a lot about it from others and tried it. Instantly became a great needed bathroom fixture.

The perfect name for this model. Super easy to install and the energy save feature is awesome. I look forward to my trips to the potty now, the Bio Bidet is packed full of features. The Vortex is my favorite. I also like the self-clean feature; I can’t think of anything they missed with this model. Seems well-made and the size of the seat is excellent. Others have commented on the water pressure or temperature being inferior. I haven’t had any issue with either one. Not to mention the seat warmer gets real toasty. If you are on the fence on splurging for this model, by all means pull the trigger. It is a luxury, but it is well worth it.

This is my first and only bidet I will ever need. I did a lot of research before purchasing a bidet and this one covered all the bases. I give all products a full year before I will write a review for them to make sure they stand the test of time. I have had no issues with this product.

My house came with the most basic, and savage bidet. It was my first so I had nothing to compare it to. I have Crohn’s, so me and my toilet are very acquainted. My fiancé bought me the bio bidet for Christmas and it’s a life changer. The heated seat. The warm and gentle but efficient water. And the dryer! I didn’t know what I was missing! It was pretty easy to set up as well.

Had never ever tried using a bidet until yesterday, but I have wanted one for years! This wouldn't have been possible without my husband running a plug in to the toilet area. bioBidet Bliss is not gonna disappoint, I wanted all the bells and whistles and that's what I have gotten, actually I got double luxury because I was so sure I'd like it that I took a shot and got 2 bioBidet Bliss'. I love the fact that it keeps you feeling clean and fresh and NO MORE TP LINT (no need to buy or flush toilet wipes) Now I only change the toilet paper roll once every 3 months or so and when your on a well/septic that is especially great!

This is our second bidet seat. The first one worked well, but was not well made and kept cracking until it began to pinch (OUCH!) after 5 years. One of the users of this seat weighs over 300 pounds, so we suspected that was the problem. I called Bidet Plus (our vendor), and they confirmed that our old seat was only rated for 250 lbs. They recommended this one which does appear to be much more solid. It is made of ABF rather than the polypropylene found on our previous seat. This seat installed easily (about 15 mins), and has worked flawlessly in the week we've had it. The remote and the instructions were somewhat confusing. Also, a word to the wise, we ordered the beige hoping it was about the same color as Kohler biscuit, American Standard linen, and Toto sedona beige. But it is darker, closer in color to Kohler almond and American Standard bone. We decided to use it anyway, but I include it here in hopes this information will help others.

I just purchased the BB-2000 recently after having the USPA6800 unit for several years. The 6800 unit started leaking and I decided to purchase the BB2000 seat. There has been quit a few improvements on the BB2000. I just installed it today so to be honest I only used it once but from all indications I believe I will like the new unit better than the previous seat! The first Bio Bidet toilet seat really performed well however it only lasted about a year and a half before it started leaking. from us having But truthfully I think possibly this could be caused from so much calcium in out well water and possibly causing the nozzle to plug up. The BB2000 has a replaceable stainless steel nozzle that can be changed if the nozzle were to plug up again. This is a big reason that I upgraded to the BB2000. Plus the new one has a 3 year warranty.
