I was always reluctant to even tryout until a friend of my talk to me about this device, was installed yesterday and is Amazing, you feel clean.

Very impressed with quality and features. Comfortable seat! Definitely need to consult manual to operate in the beginning. It is expensive.

A Must Have Product!

Right after I got this, I realized how much better these bidets are compared to other methods, I never regretted buying it.

Very Modern, Useful Tool

This has been just what we needed. I'm pleased with how easy it is to install, too. The quality is great and it fits the toilet just fine. Yay!

Easy to use

Does the job... Love the heated seat.  We own an older version for our home and this is much improved.

New for our cottage

I had a BB 1000 for 8 years and couldn't be happier. The BB 200 is a disappointment, although well made and presented, the controls are not up to scratch. The seat configuration feels different from the BB 1000 and the controls are less flexible in moving the spray to find your bottom. Wiggle as much as I can, it took precious time to find the magic spot. The normal male spray is good but the vertex is a disappointment. Thats why I b ought the BB 2000; as an older man I need it more, but alas it doesn't seem to do the job of its earlier version the BB 1000. And you still can't sit on the cover!

I had been thinking about getting a bidet seat for quite a while, so I decided to go for it recently.  I'm very happy with the performance of this unit, and I'm a new fan of the bidet seat experience! It provides a nice, gentle, and relaxing session that makes me smile. I'm also impressed with the price point of this unit, as it is significantly less than a certain Japanese brand. Overall, I rated this seat/bidet with five stars for features, price, and user friendliness.  Finally, it was very simple to install, and the instructions were concise and clear.
