We bought this bidet around five months ago and have been enjoying it very much. We love the customization features to individualize the experience. Having a warm seat to sit on takes it over the edge. No more chaffing cheeks.

It's awesome when it works but don't expect this unit to be a forever bidet. I am on my second one and theY both only lasted a year and half. Stuff is not made to last I guess.
