I am enjoying my new Discovery DLS bidet seat. Every feature is working so wonderfully well. My life is so much more convenient and I feel so much cleaner. Remote control is a must have. Only improvement I wish is the buttons on the remote not be so sensitive. For example almost every time I pickup the remote I would accidentally press a button which I didn’t mean to and trigger an activity to happen. Overall, I would highly recommend this bidet seat. It is more pricey but the automatic features you get is worth it.

Coming from the BB1000 for the past 7 years or so, we thought the more expensive BB2000 would be an upgrade, giving the additional features. We were wrong! It's actually a downgrade to us and we plan to go back to the 1000. The main reason is the water pressure is greatly reduced in the 2000 and I'm not sure why. Also, the seat is smaller, the remote is harder to read in the dark since it's not backlit, and the power cord is shorter. So to us, it works but we don't understand the upcharge in cost vs the 1000.

I’ve been using the Bio Bidet Discovery DLS for more than 4 years and have moved it across 4 different apartments without any problems. It still works perfectly, and the original remote control batteries are still going strong. The build quality is outstanding, and the advanced features truly enhance comfort and hygiene. Definitely a product you can trust and worth every penny. Absolutely love it!

We bought this bidet just a few weeks ago. We couldn't wait to install it. Unfortunately, we are not very handy. Fortunately, we found a youtube video that walked us through everything. We had high expectations and we were not disappointed. The user manual was great (although some of the type was pretty small). We found it very easy to use and probably spend far more time than we expected because we found it so enjoyable. We have mentioned to several people that we purchased a bidet and have given several demonstrations. I think you'll be getting some hits to your website.

I had owned a Coway before and it was time to replace, so I went to the ‘Swash’ that I purchased on-line from Bidetking. After one week in knew I made a terrible choice and wanted another Coway which was good. I called Bidetking and told them that my recent purchase was inadequate and my Coway was far superior and he suggested I try the Bio-Bidet 2000. He was spot on! I have had 3 washlets in my house and the Bio-Bidet was far superior to anything I had ever owned. The pressure was fantastic and the options were excellent! Far more powerful than the previous others I had owned. One remarkable feature is the high pressure wash, (enema) which is unbelievable! It really helps to “move things along”, if you know what I mean. You will be surprised when you use this feature! Because of this, my day is pretty much carefree, when I use it in the morning! And also thanks to the people at BidetKing for facilitating the trial and switching me to Bio-Bidet 2000!

My BB2000 arrived about a month ago and it is by far the best bidet seat on the market. The features and the quality are best in class. I saw a couple reviews of competing products and decided on the BB2000 because of its versatility, support and overall value. This product has not disappointed!

My wife and I have been talking about a bidet for some time. When we finally made the decision to bite the bullet, we also said “let’s get the best”. The BB2000 heckled all the boxes, heated seat, heated water and a blow dryer. Seriously!!! There is only one word that comes to mind….WOW. My only regret with getting the best? Why did we wait so long! Even speaking with customer service prior to our purchase, they were very polite, knowledgeable and helped us finalize our decision. Which by the way is the BEST decision we’ve made in some time. When you want a clean bum, go with the BB2000

I finished installing this unit today, replacing my Tushy attachment bidet. The suite of features on this thing is worth the price tag, at least in my opinion. It's quickly becoming my favorite appliance, despite only a single use. I've been playing with the bevy of settings and know it'll take a while to get things perfect, but it's incredible just how adjustable this is. My sole complaint is that the instructions are a bit generic, and I did end up needing to reach out to someone who knew a tad more about plumbing than me. Of course, that could easily just be a matter of my specific toilet being problematic, as it's not easy to make things perfectly universal. Still, that inconvenience isn't enough to dissuade me from giving 5 stars. Solid product, very pleased.

I never imagine myself use a bidet, but I got mine today, and I'm a very satisfied customer. I've feel super clean, and fresh with all the features this bidet has air drying auto auto motion it was diffrent but it does an amazing job!!! Thank you for an amazing product!!

I purchased and installed this bidet seat one week ago and have been very pleased with its performance. Installation was a snap and the product performs well. The "extra" features such as the hand-held remote, night-light, self-closing seat and lid, and deodorizer function really enhance the practicality and benefits of this bidet.
