We LOVE this bidet seat!! Bought the first one for a Christmas present for my husband. It was Very Easy to install. You do need to study the remote on page 11 but after that everything is a breeze. Purchased our second one today for another bathroom

Bought it for the master bedroom of my new home, already have the BB-1000 version from my home office and it was great. But this new upgrade is awesome. the stream seems more steady and with better pressure, and the water definitely warmed up faster. I sort of like like the wall mounted big remote of the bb1000 better but having the hand held have it's pros and cons. Will definitely recommend to all of my friends.

I have never had a bidet or felt the need to spend the money on one. I am in my mid 50's with chronic constipation and willing to try anything that would help. My birthday was last week and this was my gift to myself ( LOL ). I have to say WOW and what a difference. It truly is worth the investment.

We are a family of three and swear by BioBidet. There are so many pros to having a bidet in the house, and BioBidet is superior to other brands. 1) We use about 1/4 of the toilet paper we used without a bidet 2) Having a warm seat on cold winter mornings is life changing 3) I'm left feeling clean after #2 and ready to proceed with my day 4) The fan takes away the smell of #2 5) Night light is great - I never have to blast my eyes with overhead lights at night trying to use the bathroom In all, it's worth ever penny. This seat will last forever and the quality is unmatched.

Everything seems to be as advertised. I researched about 20 of these high-end bidets. This one is priced very competitively. All the wrapping seems new, box had one smashed-in corner. Only thing I would fix is the product page, which needs to say "NEW" if it's new, simply because this company has the best price by far.

We are not looking back on this purchase. Home run on all features. We got the BB200 and all features are tops. One negative...waiting to longer than I should of. My wife is a critiqueie. She was blown away! Never felt cleaner. I extremely recommend this model.

I was thrilled with my previous A8 model purchased in 2016, but when the heating device went out, and I needed to send it in for repairs, it was the perfect opportunity to get the Discovery DLS! One of my family members will enjoy the A8 when its returned after repairs ..and I will not have had to be without my terrific BioBidet for a single day

Exceeded my expectations. Came with all fittings including water supply. Cleaning was our first priority and this BB 2000 does that well. We still need a little TP for rough in drying. Called with a question about the Carbon filter and virtually no hold time and an answer from a well spoken support person. Glad we bought a Bio Bidet product.

The product was easy to install. The only problem was adding an electrical outlet closer to the unit. I am a larger male. 275 lbs. I have to use the bidet settings to reach far enough foward to suit me. However, that works for me. Still working to get use to the controls. Over all I highly recommend this unit.

I purchased BB-2000 earlier in the year and finally installed it 2 months ago as we renovated our master bath. I wanted to use for a couple of months before giving a review. I love it! Never used a bidet before I was not certain about it. It cleans very well and having the different options on the remote makes it even better. I have been raving about it to my close friends...I know odd conversation, but when they come see my new bath I show them The BB and tell them how easy it was to install.
