He was great. He was no on time was polite and very efficient and he even modified my existing mount with a couple of screws and only took him 10 min. At the most. 👍👍

totally unprofessional. They canceled my appointment 4 hours before it was scheduled. I will never use this service again or ever recommend it to anyone.

the mounter isn't sure how he should do it. he doesn't trust his stub finder and he wasn't following instructions for the installation of the mount to the back of the TV. I wouldn't order this service again and will not recommend.

Canceled the installation 2 times! Was understanding the first, even the second not so bad but when called with 3rd that was the last straw!!! The “PRO” has been paid. That is not “Professional “ behavior as far as I am concerned!

It states that they would have the basic tools and the person sent out did not have drywall anchors which firstly was not used last time a tv was mounted in the same spot but two it would be good to state somewhere. Wasted my time and money.

The person that was sent from handy which his name is Gerson was great and beyond professional. He took his time mounting my tv and making sure that everything was right.

Really liked the gentleman that installed my TV mount. He was professional and well mannered. Did a great job installing the mount exactly where I wanted it. Would definitely hire him again.

He did an excellent job, idaeal he did ask me did need him to hook up the cord and the internal I said no I found that I don’t need the internal hook up. All the movies channels just work fine. Thank you

Nice guy but he destroyed my items. The tv was cracked and I was informed it would be refunded but the guy stripped the screws in tv mount so it was a problem to take down and return both tv and tv bracket that was mounted.
