The guy from Angi, ruined the mount and didnt mount it after more than a week. I had to buy a new mount. Now they wont give my money back. Terrible customer service

This was the biggest hot mess. Coordinating with someone from Angi was a disaster for us. And after they weren’t able to provide the service calling to get a refund was a pain as well. Stay far away. I would give no stars if I could!

Installation went quick and easy. I’m happy with the service supplied. We are working on turning this space into a Billiard room, so don’t mind the mess.

Our installer was Jonathan. He went right to work, neatly packing away the shipping packaging as he worked. He had no trouble and did an excellent job!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Don't come on time, 5 hours early without notice. No stud finder, ask me as the customer to work with him. Charge me extra for no reason at the end.

Walmart has a pretty clear chain of command when fulfilling my mounting service. I believe it took about 45 minutes to finish the job. The handyman comes from an app called Angie by the way

Angi is Horrible company to do business with. They schedule you a great appointment when you buy the product then cancel it the day of service for 5 days. Gave me the run around! I want a refund!

I would think a tv wall mount was a wall mount. when I purchased the mount it said nothing about needing anything else. Now I have a installer coming tomorrow. and apparently no mount.

My pro was awesome. Would recommend this service. You do wanna be prepared and have the right TV mount though, make sure you do your homework beforehand.

Will for sure use these services again. I am very satisfied with the results and the way my T.V. looks. It makes me even happier that its one less thing I have to work about
