Handy service had easy, straight forward scheduling. The tech arrived 20 minutes early, was professional and did a great job mounting tv. The installation was quick and the tech was familiar with mounting kit. The tech ensured that installs for mount was placed on the wall exactly how I wanted and he triple checked that mount was leveled and secure. Very satisfied!

Daniel was great and professional and he quickly attached the mount brackets to the tv. I was under the impression that when I paid for the mounting installation that I would not have to do any lifting but there was only one technician and therefore I had to help him lift it. I hurt my back last time so I wanted to avoid any lifting this time but either way, we got it up safely. I just hope there is some disclaimer stating that I would have to assist with the installation. If there was, then I missed it. Otherwise, the process took less than 30 minutes and was satisfied with the experience.

Daniel did a great job! The TV was mounted quickly, efficiently, and safely to the wall. He generously provided supplies that did not come with the mount and took covid seriously by wearing a mask and gloves at all times. During the job, he kept the packaging trash contained neatly within the box the mount came in and when the job was finished, he vacuumed up the debris. Would recommend!

Jerome was fantastic! I cannot say enough great things about my experience with him. My booking time was automatically scheduled by Handy, so I messaged Jerome the night before my booking to let him know I’d be around all day in case coming earlier would work better for him. He was able to come about two hours early, which was awesome! (Coming at the scheduled time would have been great too, but I was super excited to have my TV mounted sooner than expected!) He brought everything he needed and was very quick, knowledgeable, and professional. He mounted my TV perfectly, and ensured I was happy with it before leaving. It was probably about 40 minutes from the time he arrived until he left - super efficient! Shortly after arriving, he told me that he’s mounted TVs countless times and it was one of his favorite things to do, which made me feel really confident in the work he was about to do. It’s been a few days and I’m still so thrilled with how my TV looks. Personally, Jerome was a delight; he was incredibly friendly, introducing himself upon arrival and engaging with the three of us in the house - myself, my sister, and my friend - during the installation. Or, the five of us, if you count my kittens, who were very interested in his tools and bag. He thought they were funny and cute, not annoying or in the way. Yay :) He even appreciated a Spongebob reference I made then made one of his own. Yay x2 :) It didn’t feel like I had hired a stranger to come into my home. Jerome managed to establish a comfortable and casual atmosphere while maintaining great professionalism. If / when I need to hire a handyman again, I will definitely seek out Jerome first, because he was great. I highly recommend hiring Jerome!!

Bought a wall mount and added the mounting service. The tech was scheduled 1 week after my mount was delivered. The guy showed up early and did an amazing job. I got notifications reminding me. I got a text asking if coming early was okay. It was so organized and worry free for me. It looks great!

I called Angi support to find out how long it takes to get a service schedule email after ordering through Sam's Club. The automated voice said my wait time is 20 to 26 minutes. It has now been 45 minutes. The automated voice also said that fastest way to get support was through live chat at support.angi.com. I typed that in and it came up Invalid URL. This is my first experience with Angi service and it is not a good experience. Very poor first impression.

I would definitely recommend handy! The pro came on time and was super helpful, respectful and knowledgeable. He mounted my TV for me and it looks great! Before putting it up he made sure I was happy with the placement which I really appreciated. The company was also very responsive and helpful when I had to reschedule last minute due to my TV breaking. Any time I need anything done in the future I’ll be coming to handy :)

I had my tv mounted on my wall on 4/21/21, there was something wrong with the wiring/setup that had my tv making very loud popping noises and my sound-bar only worked with the regular tv shows and not Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. Edward from Handy was sent to access the problems. Edward removed a cable wire and made some corrections, and also made some corrections with settings and the sound bar. Currently, the tv is displaying an excellent clear picture and the sound bar displays sound from both tv shows and Netflix, Hulu etc. Edward was very knowledgeable of the problems and mounting tv’s/setups. I’m very happy with my purchase and Handy sending someone knowledgeable of these smart TVs.

Our installer, Juan, arrived on time and with all the tools he needed to complete the job. With some minor lifting on my part, he finished the installation within the hour and left our TV perfectly level and right where we wanted it. We plan on hiring using this service again after next year's Black Friday sale.

Our installer was installing a wall mounted TV system. He arrived early and did a great job. He was very courteous and professional. He went out of his way to make sure the system was mounted correctly and was safe and secure to use. He made suggestions that were very helpful.
