This very old as service was completed in 2019. Just going through old emails and wanted to submit a review if one had not been done. Service tech (of course I cannot remember his name) nice young gentleman, sent was very experienced in TV mount installation. He even carried additional appropriate anchors that would better support the TV weight. He did a fine job, and it's holding very well to date!

We purchased a 43" TV and wanted the wall mount installed by a professional. They'd scheduled a time for the booking but I went online to see if there was something that would be more convenient and was able to reschedule easily. They came by a day early. They were in the area and thought they'd check in to see if we were at home and would like it done then instead. It was a convenient time for us. We showed them where we wanted it and within 20 minutes they had it installed, TV mounted and were gone.

I was first skeptical of purchasing such a large TV bc I've never been a fan of big over the top TVs. However, once it was mounted to the wall of my new home, I fell in love! Great quality and was mounted by the preferred company who was great! So happy I made the purchase!

Andrew was early, professional and very helpful for hanging my 75” Samsung. I purchased the mount and tv and he opened them out of the box and installed to my home. Total time was probably less than an hour for both. He left me with contact information in case anything goes wrong, feeling pretty confident I won’t have to use it. Now that I have a dependable person to rely on, time to start saving for the surround system and call Andrew back!

John has excellent customer service. My wall mount was missing a couple of necessary screws. He gave me advice on where I needed to purchase them, rescheduled an appointment and did a very professional installment of wall mounting. I give him 5 stars. -- Tempie

Very proficient and worked like a real pro. He get the job done super fast and very much met my needs. He even took care of the cable and now my bedroom looks like a hotel room with a big tv on the wall with no visible cables. Perfectly done and highly recommended.

Ematic full motion wall mount tv bracket says ”for use on standard walls”. Didn’t work. Spacing doesn’t allow for 8 lag bolts to bolt into wall studs. Paid for a professional from Handy to come and install the bracket which couldn’t be installed due to poor bracket design. Wasn’t the professional’s fault, though. The bracket from Walmart was a piece of crap, couldn’t be installed and poor instructions. Although hiring someone who has never seen this type of bracket seems overpriced and a questionable return on investment. Took the pro 2.5 hours and still couldn’t finish the job. See attached photo for what I paid for; an in mounted TV. Waste of money.

Only major concern I had with my service today is that the app stated Ruben A. would be the handyman on my job with a pic provided. Instead 2 spanish men (although very pleasant and completed the job flawlessly) arrived one heavy set guy (spoke no English) and smaller guy (stated he was his relative on vacation helping him out, basically his translator helper). However, neither gentleman was Ruben A. I find this disturbing and very unsafe to customers in a world today where people use situations like this to do home invasions. I wanted to make your company aware of the situation because should not happen. Whose credentials and identification that is provided should be the person who shows up for the job. If the handy person is changed the company should notify the customer immediately. Hence, i would not recommend or use this service in the future. And. I was hoping this would be a good situation because have other home improvement jobs to complete this year but it wont be serviced by handy bc of this. My safety is way more important to me.

This was my first TV ever being mounted on the wall, so I was a little nervous since it was 75", but Andre and Clinton were on time (despite freezing rain the night before), very efficient, knowledgeable and careful with the TV! They were patient, connected all the cables and answered all my questions! Thanks!

I bought five wall mounts a week ago, and I had them all installed recently and I love them. I definitely recommend this product, Jared the installer was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions and concerns, I'm very satisfied with results and its a strong and durable mount an a gr8 price.
