Installers wreaked of smoke, showed up grumpy, and seemed put out by the job. The smoke smell was so strong that my son had to wait out on the patio while the work was being done as his health is poor and he can’t handle strong smells. The tv did get mounted and looks fine.

I paid $149.99 for installation of 75" television and VERIFIED with "Rain" from custo er service via email that two people would be providing installation services. I was sent 2 emails with the names of three individuals and contact numbers (none of the ph numbers were correct). One person showed up. He was great and did everything he could to get the job done but could not mount a 75" TV above a fireplace by himself soooooo two 58 yr old women assisted in picking up a 72 lbs TV over 8 feet off the floor with a step ladder and lowered it onto the mount. The person who actually showed up was here 3 hours for a job that should have taken 30 minutes if the other person had shown up. He was also driving a small vehicle and could not haul off the box for the 75" television which was supposed to be included in the price. The young man was well tipped for doing the very best he could do alone. I have never been this disappointed by a service provider and would not recommend this mounting service in the Franklin TN area.

We purchased a 43" TV and wanted the wall mount installed by a professional. They'd scheduled a time for the booking but I went online to see if there was something that would be more convenient and was able to reschedule easily. They came by a day early. They were in the area and thought they'd check in to see if we were at home and would like it done then instead. It was a convenient time for us. We showed them where we wanted it and within 20 minutes they had it installed, TV mounted and were gone.

The guy who came out to my house was very friendly and knowledgeable about the tv wall mount he did a very good job with mounting my 65 inch Samsung tv on my wall, he even gave me extra screws because the wall mount that I had bought had missing screws to make a long story short he had my wall mount and tv up in about 45 minutes, he also cleaned up behind himself as well which was a plus I gave him 5 stars because that’s the limit but if I could I would give him 10 stars because he was very nice and friendly as well as helpful thank you.

Horrible service from Angi. I paid for >55 inch tv mounting. They cancelled it twice without notice. Sent 1 person for the job, i had to do it with the one who was sent, it was impossible for him to mount a 75in TV. Very disappointed, do not use them if you have other options. Why pay full amount and have to do the job yourself?. There are so many negative comments about the company, i hope something is done soon. And the customer care services cannot help on such issues.

Chet was extremely professional and did an excellent job mounting my TV. He showed up on time with all the tools needed. When he realized that the mount kit did not have the right parts for my apartment, he went out to procure the parts and came back to finish the job. I highly recommend Chet. Thank you!!

This was my first TV ever being mounted on the wall, so I was a little nervous since it was 75", but Andre and Clinton were on time (despite freezing rain the night before), very efficient, knowledgeable and careful with the TV! They were patient, connected all the cables and answered all my questions! Thanks!

I bought five wall mounts a week ago, and I had them all installed recently and I love them. I definitely recommend this product, Jared the installer was very professional and knowledgeable about the product and answered all my questions and concerns, I'm very satisfied with results and its a strong and durable mount an a gr8 price.

David was very pleasant and professional. I shared my thoughts on where I would like the placement of the tv and mount and he did exactly what was asked. He reassured me that everything will be taken care of. I am happy with the finished product. I would definitely recommend and use Handy in the future!
