Member's Mark 16" Hot Baked Cafe Pizza

Didn’t like

A frozen pizza would probably taste better!

The flavor was awesome,

The pizza was large and tasty. However, The lid on the pizza box was not secured to the bottom of the box. As I picked the box up, the lid opened fully exposing the entire pizza. A simple adhesive tape or something similar would keep the box closed and limit the exposure of the pizza to unwanted elements, hands or whatever.

If you are not concerned with presentation

Never received the pizza order  multiple for a party and they couldn’t do anything about it .

Never using delivery next day

Pizza arrived in a timely fashion. But it was just a bit cold when we received it.

It was nice to be able to pull out 2 pizzas from the warmer to quickly have a dinner option available.
The pizzas were warm and a bit stale. The process time was 1:30 on the stickers and I purchased them at 4:00. Would it be possible to have fresher pizzas in the warmer, because my family loves Sam's pizza and I love to be able to pick it up while I'm shopping.

So convenient!

Pizza arrived damaged. The cheese slid from the center to the edges of the crust. It was lukewarm, and the oil had soaked through the box. As others have noted, the center crust didn't seem fully cooked. I like the idea of hot pizza delivered at this price, but the reality was disappointing.

Sam's doesn't know how to deliver pizza

Don’t grab from the hot box. The line was crazy and they were clearly short staffed, so I grabbed the last pizza from the hot box around 6pm. By the time I got to my friends party and opened it, we realized it had been processed at 9am and was old and hard. Gross.

I am able to walk in, go over to the Cafe, scan this in the Scan and Go app and just walk out. Its Brilliant how great this and most of all this four meat one is the best I swear, loaded to the brim with toppings and just so good. Might have to cut the slices in half again if your sharing with a few people as they leave them as big NY Slices but so worth it every time.
