Very dry

I have been calling the Sam's in Alexandria, Louisiana since 12:04pm. I have tried every department extension. Twice, someone picked up the phone and said they'd transfer me, yet still nobody answered. Support local, that's what people say. But customer service is unacceptable.

Good pizza, good price

This was repulsive. Out of the entire pizza I tried one slice and only ended up eating the crust that didn't have any of the terrible topping on it with the slightly weird metallic taste to it. I threw away the rest. It was just awful. This is no bargain at any price.

It's been a couple months since we grabbed a pizza, but clearly something has changed. Even looking at the pizza, you can see that it's a different dough. It's thinner dough, tougher dough, less cheese and sauce. Honestly, it's disappointing. We were expecting our usual yummy pizza and this was not it.

Better than Dominos!

I would actually give the pizza a 8 but a -0 for customer service. I have been to Sams across the USA , this club is hands down the most poorly managed club I have had to deal with. The managers, specifically Dylan and Sandy are not interested in customer satisfaction. They always have poor attitudes and are rude. There is ALWAYS a LONG line at the "cafe", hotdogs served lukewarm with stale buns

Pizza by the slice is delicious. But as soon as you order a whole pizza, they seem to forget the sauce and cheese. You end up eating cardboard. I ordered a whole pizza twice thinking it was a fluke. Nope. They tease you into thinking the pizza you eat at the store is the same one you take home. It is not! Don't believe me? Order a pizza and check it before you leave the store. I am so disappointed and will never order a whole pizza again!☹️

Pizza has a good Taste but it never has enough Pizza Sauce!! If you purchase the Pizza and go home and warm it up a few hours later for a meal it is completely dried out, we actually have to dip it in Pizza Sauce to make it not so dry to eat. Please start adding more Sauce to the Pizza!! Thanks!!
