Now you took away the Supreme Pizza, WHY??? Please add an all veggie pizza option. And you took away unsweetened tea from the fountain drinks. Worst week ever. I used to love to eat lunch here a few times a week, but now you have removed the 2 items I would buy.

I have zero and i mean zero isdues with food quality and taste but my issue is that even with the quick checkout it takes forever because of lack of staff all day. It doesnt matter what time of day we come thwir never enough kitchen staff. This is why i am putting a 1 star

Hands down worst Sam’s experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order for pizza, salad kits, plates, and veggies two days before my son’s second birthday party, I scheduled the delivery time from 10am to 12am. Upon checking my email for an update at 10ish, I noticed I had an email saying the pizza order was canceled and within 10 minutes the delivery driver was at my home. When I asked why the pizzas were canceled, I was told they would take a hour. Okay, that’s fine I’m not seeing the problem… because had he waited he would have still been within the scheduled delivery time! Let’s get down to the nitty gritty here, your driver wanted the custom tip which was over 20% of the entire order just to make a quick delivery! Your establishment should be ashamed! Not to mention I still haven’t been reimbursed my money for the pizza! But hey Papa John’s for the win today!

These used to be fantastic, made fresh when you order and always great, not anymore it seems. My most recent order I waited 10 minutes while the app showed as preparing it fresh only to be given a room temperature pizza that was minutes away from the expiration time written on the box from the heated storage they store to pick up and go orders in.

The pizza we buy by the slice is always really good, but there is no way to put in orders for a pizza because they NEVER pick up the phone, and you can't put in an order online. This is a huge inconvenience to customers when they have to go into the store, make the order in person, wait for it, sometimes for quite a while, and they no longer have it available for 'take and bake' like they used to. If the take and bake cooler is there, they only stock it with 10-12 pizzas, which is not adequate for a store the size of Sams.

Picking up a pre ordered pizza from drive up was the worst. I waited almost 30 minutes. I tried to go inside and pick it up. I was told I could not. There were no drive up spots left, employees were just coming out yelling names in the parking lot. This should stop, until it can be organized properly.

I asked my husband to pick up a supreme type of pizza at Sam's today, and he came home with a four meat pizza because supreme pizzas were discontinued. Very salty! I will never buy it again. Why would you discontinue the Supreme / Deluxe or whatever you used to call it? Bad marking decision some people like vegetables.

Love the pizza by-the-slice, so I got a whole pizza to go. Worst decision ever. The whole pizza in the cardboard box had almost no sauce and half the cheese of the pizza slice they sell to eat at Sam's. I was so mad & embarrassed as I told my grandson he would love it. It was barely better than a frozen pizza , and NOTHING like the great pizza they sell by the slice!!!

for me there are 2 separate categories for pizza ratings: store bought and pizzeria. IMHO most store bought can't compete with a real pizza made in a real place. So with that said, for a store bought pizza the 4 meat Sam's is a solid 4. very tasty, very good price/value, but could use more sauce. it's rather dry and I like saucy pies. In fact I usually even order extra sauce on my pizzeria pies. overall though, I did like this pizza and price, and the fact that I could order it cooked and brought out to me (which is awesome), and would/will buy again.
