Really good pizza for the price. But, just wondering why the cheese pizza is the same price as the meat pizzas. Yes, cheese is a protein but cost far less than meat. You should definitely consider lowering the cost of a cheese pizza, or increasing the cost for a meat pizza.

Last time I got this, I got completely sick after eating it. Seems to taste OK, but it was a little cold and hard when I got it from grocery pick up delivered out to the car with everything else.. to confirm, I even saved more for later like an idiot stuck it in the freezer portioned out each time I ate it. I got sick again. I did it four times. Yes, I’m stupid but to it made me sick.

I placed an in-person order on January 27th for pizzas to be picked up on February 7th at 2:00 PM for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. When we arrived to pick up the order, the pizzas had not even been started. This was extremely disrespectful, especially since the order was placed well in advance. They rushed to make them once we arrived, and as a result, most of the pizzas were undercooked/raw, which is unacceptable and unsafe. I truly hope no one gets sick due to this negligence. To make matters worse, they treated my husband as if he were crazy, insisting that we had never placed an order. We had to push them to even check the wall where all the paper orders are posted, and only then did they realize they had failed to prepare ours. This experience caused unnecessary stress on what was supposed to be a happy day. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

I was having my groceries delivered so delayed my delivery time until noon to insure the pizza would be hot and freshly cooked, but what they sent had not seen the inside of an oven in DAYS. It looked and smelled so rank that the idea of tasting it never crossed my mind and i had to double bag it before throwing it in the trash. I just hope that whichever landfill it ended up in doesn't have rats...for their sake ...

Pizza is good and a good value, however delivery service is very inconsistent. The past two times I have tried to order pizza for delivery, it has been “unavailable”, and the second order I was not even notified, if I had been I would haven canceled the whole order, because the pizza was the only thing I really wanted, but I ordered other things to reach the minimum order for free delivery.

I’ve tried both the cheese and pepperoni pizzas, and they are very good. They bake the pizza on site, so it comes hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and great flavor. The crust isn’t that great, but honestly, it doesn’t really matter — the pizza is well topped, very tasty, and satisfying, and that’s what counts. Also, the staff there is very attentive and friendly, which makes the experience even better.

It would be nice if the pizza was actually hot like the red label warns. The cheese had already solidified and the pizza was not hot in the least. I drove straight home and I have picked the pizza up before and it was still piping hot once I got home. Not today. I received a notice at 1:45 PM that my "order" was ready for my 2-3 pm pick-up. I arrived for pick-up at 2:20 pm and checked-in promptly. I think this pizza was actually ready at the 1:45 pm as they stated. I did not order anything else but the one pizza.

Lack luster pizza at best. The crust has no elasticity or chewiness- it’s worse than cardboard; At least that is chewable. The only saving grace would be the toppings, but even those were too thin to be able to peel off to consume. I’d pick a Totino’s dollar pizza before considering this again.

I really enjoy the pizza, and the prices are great! I do have one suggestion regarding delivery safety. For added peace of mind, it would be helpful if the pizza boxes were sealed completely with tape during delivery. Since customers don’t know who may be handling the food along the way, sealed packaging would help ensure that the box hasn’t been opened before it arrives. I’m not suggesting that anything inappropriate has happened — this is simply a general safety recommendation that could benefit everyone. Thank you for considering it!
