When we arrived for our Curb Side pick up yesterday our very professional delivery person said your Pizza will be out in about 10 minutes. When I placed the order, I didn’t read the description throughout so we didn’t know that the pizza was fully cooked and ready to eat.When she brought out our piping hot pizza we went to a local park and ate out pizza. “A surprise Day Date”. What a wonderful surprise! Thank you Sams Club

The all meat pizza is excellent . Like other reviews I would like to purchase and cook at home - I live 35 miles away and reheated pizza tastes like reheated. Maybe a "half baked " pizza and be able to finish cooking at home would be available - most pizza places have the half baked option - I would bet this would double the sales - the sample station gets your appetite going - how about an option for home

Last week I bought a pepperoni and sausage pizza. It was the worst pizza I have ever bought at Sam's Ocala. Very little sauce, one small piece of pepperoni per slice, very little sausage. Dry and dreadful. Sam has cured me of eating another pizza. Sam price less ingredients.

My husband and I thought we'd take the night off and get a pizza. We don't eat out because we can't afford that on Social Security. But we thought we'd give Sam's pizza a try, BIG MISTAKE. It had apparently sat around quite a while before we ordered it. When we heated it (it was cold) and yes we know how to heat Pizza....the crust was hard, it was very dry. It was most certainly made much earlier. We would never buy another pizza from Sam's. BTW, we have noticed Sam's is carrying MUCH fewer grocery items. LOTS of our favorites have vanished.

First you took away the take and bake pizza. Then the options for ordering pizza with topping choices. You did some great options for a while, like chicken ranch or barbeque. When we got to the store there are never any prebaked pizzas. Why set up a tent with a hot cart?! We switched to picking up better take and bake pizzas at A L D I and will never switch back to Sams pizza. 4 meat, pepperoni, and cheese are not enough choices.

Hands down worst Sam’s experience I’ve ever had. I placed an online order for pizza, salad kits, plates, and veggies two days before my son’s second birthday party, I scheduled the delivery time from 10am to 12am. Upon checking my email for an update at 10ish, I noticed I had an email saying the pizza order was canceled and within 10 minutes the delivery driver was at my home. When I asked why the pizzas were canceled, I was told they would take a hour. Okay, that’s fine I’m not seeing the problem… because had he waited he would have still been within the scheduled delivery time! Let’s get down to the nitty gritty here, your driver wanted the custom tip which was over 20% of the entire order just to make a quick delivery! Your establishment should be ashamed! Not to mention I still haven’t been reimbursed my money for the pizza! But hey Papa John’s for the win today!

I never knew that I could get my Cafe Order with a PickUp order. Nice. I prefer the Highway 64 location in Memphis area because they usually have items available on the app. At Covington Pike, it's off on everything most of the time and there's a long line waiting. Hire more people, Sam's; the demands are definitely there to cover the cost. Customers are happier and may even shop longer.

My husband and I have enjoyed an ocasional quick and economical lunch or early dinner at the SAMS snack-bar before shopping for many years. Always delicious, the bread is soft, and fresh, topping is just right and not greasy. Good job, great price, thank you.

I asked my husband to pick up a supreme type of pizza at Sam's today, and he came home with a four meat pizza because supreme pizzas were discontinued. Very salty! I will never buy it again. Why would you discontinue the Supreme / Deluxe or whatever you used to call it? Bad marking decision some people like vegetables.

The food is great if you have an hour to wait for it... Slowest staff I've ever seen and not friendly... Never enough people working... Even if you order ahead they don't have your order ready you have to show them your order and then just wait. Very poor management
