great pizza was hot when i picked up my We orderd 9 pizzas and the were all delicious will defiantly order again

The pizza was great. I liked that it was ready for me to pickup and go. Didn't need to stand in line.

Ordered 3 pizzas and they only delivered 2, why, they ran out of cheese!! Embarrassing when you’re entertaining and come up short on food

So happy I can get these great Pizza's delivered, hot out of the oven right to my door. The best store bought Pizza in Naples, bar none.

I was very happy, I was able to get fresh baked pizza delivered with my order. Sam's pizzas are the greatest. And the price makes it even better.

I won't buy their ready pizza's out of the food warmer again. It was overcooked and dry from sitting there too long, I presume.

Sam's pizzas are ok, and not bad for the price, but do yourself a favor and buy it freshly made at the store and not part of a delivery order. I made this mistake today, but won't make it again. And, I did watch the driver route from store to my home, which was direct (no other stops in between). Even with a direct delivery route, the pizza arrived barely warm and extremely chewy and hard to eat. I naively assumed that this would be the last item picked before the order left the store, but I must be wrong. I'm now thinking that the entire order is pulled, and the pizza sits on a shelf, along with everything else while the order is assigned to a driver, and then there's no telling how much longer it sits until a driver gets to the store to pick up the order and deliver it.

Pizza was still warm when delivered and just had to put it in Microwave for 1 minute and everyone like it alot
