the pizza is good, but the wait time seems excessive. i waited 30 minutes in store for two pizzas last time. I've ordered in store 3 times total, and have never been alerted through the app that it was ready. i had to go ask the clerk. the app should tell you the expected wait time

As others have said, the whole pizza is definitely not as good as the slices. And even the slices have had horrible, hard and chewy crust as of late. I was disappointed the supreme was gone but even more disappointed that the quality seems to have gone.

When we arrived for our Curb Side pick up yesterday our very professional delivery person said your Pizza will be out in about 10 minutes. When I placed the order, I didn’t read the description throughout so we didn’t know that the pizza was fully cooked and ready to eat.When she brought out our piping hot pizza we went to a local park and ate out pizza. “A surprise Day Date”. What a wonderful surprise! Thank you Sams Club

I have placed two seperate delivery orders and payed a little extra for the express delivery within 3 hours, only because my orders included hot pizzas, otherwise I did not need express delivery but the issue is, the "hot pizza" was cancelled from my delivery on both orders ! So not only did I not get my expectef dinner with both orders, but I called the store and there is no refund for the express delivery payment

I regularly buy pizza from Sam's Club. As always, it is a tremendous value. I use the app to order when I come into the store and it is usually ready for me to pick up when I am done shopping. My familiy likes the pizza and gets excited when I bring it in. It is such an easy way to take care of a meal.

Pizza is good and a good value, however delivery service is very inconsistent. The past two times I have tried to order pizza for delivery, it has been “unavailable”, and the second order I was not even notified, if I had been I would haven canceled the whole order, because the pizza was the only thing I really wanted, but I ordered other things to reach the minimum order for free delivery.

It looks good. It’s very filling. They don’t scan your members card or ask for it So currently you can go in without being a member to get your cafe fix. So that’s pretty cool. You’re not able to collect on earnings though. But the taste is kinda off. They just had a strange taste to them. I’m use to northern pizza taste like hungry howies For the cafe pizza here though the cheese and then for the pepperoni. Bad taste. I haven’t tasted any other kinds of their pizza yet so keep that in mind. I only had cheese and then pepperoni.

I’ve tried both the cheese and pepperoni pizzas, and they are very good. They bake the pizza on site, so it comes hot and fresh, with plenty of toppings and great flavor. The crust isn’t that great, but honestly, it doesn’t really matter — the pizza is well topped, very tasty, and satisfying, and that’s what counts. Also, the staff there is very attentive and friendly, which makes the experience even better.

We really love Sam's Club! we tried the cafe pizzas and T first they were pretty awesome for cheap pizza and even competed with the major chains. BUT, the Pueblo location, over the last year has consistsntly lost its touch. There is SO VERY LITTLE SAUCE ON THESE PIZZAS!! It's like ordering cheesy bread. correct this, and we can come back. We werr buying for family, clubs, events, etc. but can no longer rely on the quality. Bring it back please! We loved it!

The phone just rings and rings, no one is taking phome orders f0r the larger pizzas, this would really help make things go quicker, less congession cause that cafe line is always atrocious. I pay for the premium sams club membership i thought there would be better perks or something
