ordered for an event and was double charged. it was reconsiled but not easily. this very large pizza was cut into 5 slices. pizzas had excessive bubbling. pizza topping and crust is sub par quality. do not recomend

For the past 3 MONTHS I've tried to buy this pizza for delivery and it has been canceled every single time. Don't understand why it's even up on the website if the order is never going to go through. Don't waste your time on this.

I ordered 4 pizza’s for my daughter birthday party three days in advance. But at the time of delivery, i got everything except Pizza’s. I was told its not available. I have to leave the party and get pizza from Dominos.

Lacks taste.

It’s a 3 when it’s fresh, but a -2 when it’s not. Might get in the store when I can ask how long ago it came out of the oven, but won’t ever do curbside pickup again. Thin crust, decent amount of meat, sauce is meh and seems like plain tomato paste, and there’s not enough cheese.

Pizza arrived damaged. The cheese slid from the center to the edges of the crust. It was lukewarm, and the oil had soaked through the box. As others have noted, the center crust didn't seem fully cooked. I like the idea of hot pizza delivered at this price, but the reality was disappointing.

1st (and last) time ordering a Sam’s pizza. Choose the 1-3 hour delivery…no problem there. When pizza arrived it looked like it was carried sideways, all smashed to one side of the box…Ordered 4 meat and received pepperoni only. All that would have been overall acceptable, but the taste of the pizza was not good either. So disappointed, was hoping for a great Sam’s deal…oh well.

They didnt deliver

The pizza was hard and cold as ever!! It should be boxed up upon pickup not sitting to the side to get cold. My delivery time was between 10-Noon. It was delivered right before 1:30. You do better to just order a pre-made pizza and cook it on your own! #TERRIBLE

I ordered 4 pizzas for curbside. They were ready when I arrived. However instead of getting my order right, they just gave me all pepperoni. I didn't realize it until our party had already started and I had several very disappointed kids. There wasn't anything I could do at that point.
