Great customer service

I inherited a used Kokanee that was missing some parts. I contacted your customer service to price the parts. Your representatives were extremely helpful and sent me the missing parts for free! Because of your customer service, you have made me a huge Lifetime fan. I am now looking at single kayaks, and I will choose a Lifetime. Thank you!

Great value and a great bout

My wife and I took our new Kokanee kayak out last week for the 1st time since we bought it. I was impressed as to how stable it was. Later, my 18 year old son and his friend took it out and is was so stable, they could stand on it and dive off of it. No trouble getting back on it either.

Great 2 person kayak and you can stand up!

Great kayak from Lifetime that doesn't break the bank. My wife and daughter both have enough room to fish out of it at the same time. And yes, you can stand up in it with ease. I gave it 4 stars because it needs more handles. Difficult to get to the water with only one person.

Great entry level kayak!

I bought this Kayak the summer of 2018. I used it every weekend and had lots of fun. This thing is heavy and hard to load on top of my SUV. My buddies have lighter kayaks and they paddle once or twice and they are gliding accross the water. This monster does not glide...if you want to move you gotta paddle. Anyways, its a good entry level kayak and is still loads of fun. Comes with two seats but has a clip for a 3rd seat and is big enough to fit all three comfortably. Well worth the price.

Good tandem kayak

I read a lot of reviews on different kayaks before deciding on this one. I'll give my two cents on the pros and cons of this model: Pro: it's big and stable. My wife and kids were jumping into the water and climbing back onto this kayak while I was in the rear seat and it never felt close to tipping. It will never win any races, but because of its mass once you get it moving it keeps moving and tracks better than expected. If you are looking for a stable swim platform/ touring kayak, this one can fit the bill. Cons: it's big and stable. Yes, this is both its best pro and con. This thing is big and heavy. It took my family of four to get it up onto the roof rack. If you are a competitive power lifter you'll have no problem with this thing, or if you have a location where you will be sliding it in and out of the water, but if you have to load it up onto a rack you better have some strong helpers. Overall it was a good choice for me, but I might have to trailer it at some point in the future. Mine came with one of the backrest buckles cracked, and with one call to Lifetime I had a new one in a couple of days, so their customer service is very good.

Good quality, but heavy

Really like this kayak. Well built and tons of fun in the water. I like the flexible seating configuration. We can easily get three people on this thing, no problem. I took my boys fishing and had me and two boys on it fishing together and it was great. Plenty of room. Stable on the water. It is super heavy though, so it is a beast to lug around. Most kayaks and can I put on the roof of our suburban by myself, but this one I need help. So just be aware. It says it only weighs 77 lbs, but this thing is at least 100 lbs, no joke. Makes it really sturdy on the water. Also, I don’t like that there are drain holes in the boat. It causes water to seep in and gets my butt wet. Not a huge deal, but I like to stay dry ya know? Otherwise it’s a great boat. Good investment since these last forever and hold their value. Used ones sell for the same price as new.

Awesome Kayak for the price.

I bought this kayak about a year ago and I love every piece of it. Kayak is built strong, I was able to fit my two kids (5 and 7 Years old) my wife and myself comfortably, kayak is very stable even with three adults in it. You will have hours of fun and entertainment with this Kayak without spending too much money.

Great kayak

Great kayak, i like that the seats are taller than most kayak seats and give lower and mid back support. Cant beat the price, got on sale for $275. Vs. Green one for $385. The two water tight storage are great, no bag so you can store larger items. The kayak body is solid and no cracks along edges like other kayaks seem to have. Added a handle to the back for easier lifting. I would recommend this kayak.

Great Family and Fishing Kayak

I have owned this kayak for approximately a year now. It has room for two adults and 1 child. I used this last summer with my wife and 10 year old daughter in our local lake. The kayak is very stable and moves at a steady pace even though it has some weight to it. The maneuvering capability is sufficient; you may have to make a few more side to side motions to keep on track while paddling. I also customized this kayak for fishing, and it works out great for stashing gear and holding your poles. Please note that this kayak is heavy, and takes a lot to get used to if you are going to use this by yourself. The size is nice and doesn't look that long, until you try to stand it upright to put on top of your car. I could never get enough holding power, so I installed 3 additional handles so I would be able to pick it up to place on top of the car. I also had to buy an attachment for my bike rack. It's a bar that sticks out and act as a 2nd person once you place the kayak in the corner. Even though there are minor drawbacks to this kayak, I am still giving it 5 stars because the kayak has done everything I've asked of it. The price was also nice, it holds 3 people, and this is a solid body kayak. For family trips and fishing this is a sure thing.

Stable, tracks straight, easy to paddle

This is our first tandem kayak and our first sit on kayak. Overall I am very pleased with it. I found it easy to paddle, easy to navigate and it is very stable in the water. I use it mainly with me (250+ lbs and my three year old). We had an incident with it while getting on it on a platform in a fast moving river and the kayak didn't overturn when we did fall out (user error not kayak fault). My three year old likes to hang over the side and drag his arms in the water and I have no issues with it being tipsy or unstable. I would buy again at the clearance price that I purchased it all.
