A necessary item for everyday tasks. Wish they were not so expensive, but they are expensive everywhere.

Excellent HP inkjet cartridge quality, it provided the reliable performance required for my HP inkjet 9015 scanner/printer. Printed pages look great either in color or black and white.

The new ink jet cartridges work well. I would have rated them a 5, but I had some issues with the packaging showing on the website (shows green stripe on package); they didn't have that striping on the cartridges in the store. I also have issues with the cost of the cartridges. While they were cheaper at Sam's Club, spending over $100 on ink jet cartridges is insane, when you can buy a new printer for $50 to $100 more. Some things never change...

Over priced. I can almost buy a new printer for the price of replacement cartridges

Less ink in package. You pay more get less. Cartridge is half full.

When I replaced this yellow HP cartridge I purchased today, into my HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e All-in-One, it indicated that it was not an original HP ink cartridge. I tried several times to install this HP yellow (962XL) cartridge into my HP printer and it continued to inform me that I was trying to install a non-HP ink cartridge - now I'm missing another day of work! I'll get my HP ink cartridges from Amazon next time...

HP should admit that they are in the ink-selling business instead of the printer-selling business. I used to be able to use 3rg party cartridges in my printer, but HP decided I didn't actually own the printer that I paid for. Don't buy HP products. I certainly never will again.

I bought it and then was told their inventory was not correct. I then had to go through returns to get my money back. Very Disappointed
