Member's Mark Colby and Monterey Jack Shredded Cheese 16 oz., 2 pk.

Unlike a lot of shredded cheese there is not heavily coated with flour. It melts like cheese easily and is so delicious. The price is more the reasonable.

I keep buying Sam's shredded cheese because of the value, but none of them have much flavor -- they're rather bland. Maybe I should spend more to get better cheeses.

Great value for the price, especially in a larger bag that lasts through multiple recipes. The Colby & Monterey Jack blend melts nicely on tacos, nachos, and casseroles with a mild, creamy flavor. Texture is consistent and not overly salty. Packaged well, stays fresh when stored properly. I buy it often.
