When the changed yo members mark for this cheese I noticed it went bad pretty fast. I was told the use by date didn't mean a thing.. Yeah ok.. Im just trying to keep myself and my family safe..

Unlike a lot of shredded cheese there is not heavily coated with flour. It melts like cheese easily and is so delicious. The price is more the reasonable.

Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses makes for such a flavorful and creamy mix. The cheese tastes fresh and melts beautifully too. I love that Sam’s makes its available in two fresh resealable packages.

I like the double pack. I don't care for the huge bag at the grocery store. It is easy to close & open. I like the how it has a handle to easy carry in house.

I really enjoyed the members Mark Colby cheese a while. It’s great. All the cheeses are really flavorful gray bargain. I don’t think you can’t beat the price for the amount of cheese That you get

Good cheese blend for every use in Mexican/Southwest dishes. Really like the fact that it comes in two separate packages -- use one while the other stays fresh.

Great cheese for the price. Melts well. Doesn’t have a bunch of that gross decaking stuff some generic cheeses have. Good taste. Very pleased to find this for this price!

This is so handy with not one, but two resealable bags. I like the Colby Monterey Jack mix as it melts well and I like them mellow flavor of Monterey Jack.

I love cheese in most of my food! Little sprinkle on salads or big melt for quesadillas, the cheese is ready to use! The shredding is already done for me!!

I use this in making nachos, taco, and burritos. I would rather have a cheddar/Jack blend, but this is good. For a shredded cheese, this melts well. I like the packaging, too -- 2x1 lb in ziplock bags. Use one now, freeze one for later.
